Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. The location is very safe and friendly but there are several houses quite run down nearby. Air conditioning works perfectly and is very necessary. Has washer and drier available, which is very useful for longer stays. Patty is very responsive and frindly in her communication. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Charin’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and full of charm, exactly as described. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and even thoughtful extras like bottled water. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short walk to IconSiam, the BTS station, 7-Eleven, and plenty of local food spots and street vendors. It really gives you a taste of authentic Bangkok while still being close to everything. Charin was an excellent host, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked. His instructions were clear, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during our stay. This place is a true hidden gem, and we’d happily return again. Highly recommended!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

I really enjoyed my time here! Cute room, walkable surroundings and the hosts were phenomenal! It’s nestled above this cute coffee shop with a corner store right across the street. We did see a couple of ants in the unit, so just be aware if you have food in the room. That particular room was rather small, but still cozy. On the whole, I would stay here again and I would recommend others to as well!

By far the best airbnb we've stayed at, price-wise, location-wise, plus all the amenities. The free daily laundry helped us out so much. Felt like a hotel but was still cozy and homey. The place looked like the pictures and was spacious enough for our luggage. We also loved the Ari area -- the cute cafes and good restaurants, that were all walking distance, was such a great treat. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check out 💗 Thank you for your hospitality! We look forward to staying again on our next Bangkok trip.

I absolutely love this first stop of ours in Bangkok. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet little alley where locals live, but it’s within walking distance to many places. Everything in the apartment is well-equipped and very clean, and I really love the vibe here. I hope I’ll have the chance to come back someday.

The apartment is very well maintained, clean and as described. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around and get to the main points of interest. The entrance is simple and very well explained, which makes check-in hassle-free. Host is responsive, responds quickly to messages, and is very helpful. We felt confident throughout the stay. The only thing to note: the bed is very firm. Personally, I didn't like it, but my partner loved it – it's really a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

This condo is a very good option for staying in the heart of Bangkok. The hosts are very courteous, accommodating and prompt in communication. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay by a single person or a couple. The location is good, being about 10 minute walk from BTS Nana. However, being at the end of a one-way street with no direct access to adjacent streets where more restaurants and other venues are available is a slight disadvantage. Great value overall.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

Highly recommended, and some amazing night views. Located next to a huge mall, temple, massages, food, BTS, everything!
