Sound Meditation Under the Desert Stars

My love for music started at an early age when I began playing the flute , eventually considering majoring in music therapy for college. Life took me on a different path and after I became certified as a yoga instructor I wanted to dive deeper into the world of sound once again. I received my training at SWIHA and I’m always exploring and learning so that I’m able to offer a soothing and healing experience for all. I love bringing people together, sharing my love of the outdoors, astrology and creating a warm and open space. I am so excited to share this experience with you!

Energy Work and Sound Healing Experience

Hello! I am a certified Yoga and Breathwork Practitioner, Sound Healer and Singer, as well as a certified Trauma and Resilience Coach. It is my passion and purpose to do this work and to hold space for others' healing journeys. I've worked with many people from all walks of life in individual sessions, couples sessions, group experiences, and plant medicine ceremonies. My teachings focus on the expansion of your intuition and awareness to help you live a more heart-centered life. It would be my honor to hold space for you to experience what this "new agey energy work stuff" is all about, and to know for yourself just how GREAT living in alignment can feel as a regular way of living.
