Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

The Ancient Mariner is accessed through a gate that leads to your private court yard. On entering the retreat you step into a fabulous, newly renovated private studio apartment located at the front of the main house. This has plenty of light flooding through the large picture windows that are overlooking the Banksia trees in the court yard.
