It is located on Sesoko Island, a manned island of about 8 kilometers, connected by a bridge from the main island of Okinawa. There are many popular sightseeing spots such as the "Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium", "Nakijin Castle Ruins", and "Bise no Fukugi Trees", a World Heritage Site. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Take a big, deep breath and refresh yourself from the heart. ●Here’s what you need to know · There are many mosquitoes and insects because there is a garden with many trees. If you don't like insects, it may be difficult to enjoy. The facility is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from having loud conversations in the garden or on the deck after 8 pm.

You can get to our facility from Naha Airport and Naha International Airport in about 30-40 minutes by rental car or taxi. If you are using public transportation, you can come in about an hour and a half by connecting the monorail and bus. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so it is more convenient to rent a car. In the vicinity of the facility, Mibaru Beach also has a glass boat launch and a marine center! The ocean activities are amazing There are also♪ coffee shops (beach teahouses, mountain teahouses) and you can eat snacks♪ You can have a relaxing time in a place rich in nature, away from the city.

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.
