Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Philadelphia

The Accommodation looks bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Everything clean, tidy and the apartment is a charm. Host responds very quickly and very attentive.

It was a great stay and I can’t express how amazing the location was! Everything was perfect, and the host was very communicative when I needed them. I’m looking forward to visiting Philadelphia again and being hosted by them again!! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house - Bright, clean and spacious. Great location - right at the heart of Old city, lots of restaurants & very walkable. It can get a little noisy though as it is in a busy area.

Absolutely love staying with Simon at SoSuite when I visit Philly! Have stayed at multiple of his locations and this has been my favorite by far! Amazing stay, amazing location and definitely utilize the valet parking!

Abdullah is quick to help with everything. You arrive in 3 minutes walking from the house to the train station and 5-6 minutes to the city center. There are 5 cats in the house, all sweet, but every cat owner knows that a house with 5 cats is impossible to be immaculate, so know that there will be cat hair. I recommend :)

The house was better than the pictures! The movie room was the a wonderful touch for a fun night!

I really enjoyed my stay. We’ve only stayed in one other city downtown in Manhattan, New York. It’s really cool to be able to look in a window as to what is going on in different places the people, the rooftops, and this neighborhood seems to be transforming into a really great place. Me and my husband are very detailed oriented, so when we went on the top balcony, with all the neat buildings and townhouses, etc., we needed to try and guess what they are, what they might be, etc.. just all the surroundings. I loved the porch! It was so nice to have coffee up there in the morning as the sun rose.

If you're looking for a cool laid back spot with a cool laid back host that is super responsive and flexible this is the spot for you. I'm originally from the area. Walkable, parking is decent and extremely close to public transportation. And lastly... safe.

This place is a gem! Beautiful house with all the amenities you need when you’re away from home. Simple rules & super responsive hosts. Shout out to the theatre room, gorgeous bathtub & shower in the master suite, comfy furniture, and beautiful kitchen! Highly recommend!

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was fit for my son 17th birthday celebration. The guest enjoy themselves as well. The rooms and space was perfect for the amount that stay for the weekend. The area was ok. The house its self made it worth the location. The neighbors were very nice and quiet. I will recommend this Air BnB to my family and friends. I love this Air BnB.

Property was great, I wish it was nicer outside so that we could have enjoyed the outside amenities. TreasureStay host was very nice, patient and responsive. They didn’t have ridiculous rules and everything was as posted. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
