Lovely home and yard . Comfy couch and lovely bathroom with a seated shower. Loni is so nice and was very welcoming and accommodating. Would love to stay again!

James was fantastic! We are locals to the area but are in transition of selling our house to buying property and developing it for us to live one. All that being said a winter storm hit our area. At the moment we are in a camper….we lost power due to ice and power lines down. I thought maybe someone would have an Airbnb around with a wood stove and this one did!!! We got in direct contact with James and he helped us out tremendously! It was nice to see all the wonderful comments about our small town and area in his guest book. It was a cozy, WARM stay. Just what we needed.

Loni’s place was perfect!! There was enough room for everyone that came with us, and that was so important. We have a child with special medical needs, and this place comfortably fit our family. Loni’s decor skills shine in this house. The simplicity yet the coziness she creates is so welcoming! Our extended family lives close by, so we will definitely remember this home as a favorite to stay when we visit!

I enjoyed their little “vintage” house. Lots of old fashioned fixtures! Especially the dining table chandelier! The neighbor’s Dogs cried and howled every time they let them out. Honestly that was the only downside. lol Oh, and the TV didn’t work very well, but i’m not a big TV person, so that was ok with me. Fit the purpose for my extended stay while I Worked at Salem Hospital! Thank you!

Better in person than the pictures. Extremely clean. Easy to find. Great WiFi. Close to everything! Short drive to Maramec Springs park. I would stay again.

House was easy to find and close to great restaurants. From the moment we walked inside we felt relaxed! House was extremely clean and even smelled inviting! Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows! Plenty of towels and the water temp in shower was amazing! Kitchen well stocked even though didn't really use more than the fridge and the coffee pot. Everything was designed beautifully and decorated subtly. Very calm space! Close to a main road but traffic noise was not an issue. Games, books, puzzles. Outside is beautiful view and relaxing area. Definitely would stay again!

Sarah was a fabulous host, the cottage of Simply Salem was beautiful. The home had everything we needed and there was so much extra, it mad for an extraordinary trip. The communication was great and the location was perfect for our weekend with family in town. Looking forward to booking again with Sarah when we return.

If you need a place to stay this is it!! The place was way more than I expected!!! It has everything you need to be right at home!! Constance is very helpful and a very caring person that wants everything perfect for you stay!! If you are ever coming to Rolla this is the place to stay!! Don is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our visit to St. James and especially Don's gardens, deck, and very close proximity to the park! Fall colors were just coming into peak. Be sure to visit Maramec Springs right down the road! Very special.... Thank you for a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Aunt Phoebe's Cabin was everything my husband and I wanted it to be and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives. "Living" off-grid isn't for everyone, but we loved it and it allowed us time to unplug and focus on one another. Kathy and Heather were kind and helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Perfect ....secluded get away for my husbands birthday weekend. HEATHER came to meet us and shared alot of info with us and a super sweet host. It was just what we needed. It rained alot. ....but it was still perfect.

I stayed here after a long day of field training in the area and this was a perfect spot to land when I was done. This location is super clean, quiet, neat, organized, and the bed is so comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very helpful. The town is super cozy and the scenery is lovely. Will definitely book again if I find myself in this area of the state in the future.

Nicholas was a great host! He answered all my questions, responded very quickly and was nice to work with. Weekend trip to the St. James winery, which is just down the street. Older neighborhood but he really did a great job updating this home. Comfortable and has everything you need for a getaway. Great private fenced backyard, especially if you brought along your dogs. :)
