beautiful apartment, great location in the complex, peaceful around the pool, never an issue with sunbeds.

Elysia park is a great community with both indoor and outdoor pool and gym, as well as a mini market. The villa was spacious with a nice covered terrace in the backyard. Definitely satisfied.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the apartment. Great facilities and proactive hosts. Perfect location and very peaceful at all times. 100% will recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paphos.

Very nice modern furnished apartment and a clean pool to relax. Quietly located. The promenade is 10 minutes walking distance.

Nice apartment, all brand new, comfortable with good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa. Nice balcony with an ok view. Lovely pool and area on roof and space available while we were there. 20 minutes to old town but 40 minutes to harbour.

Our stay went smoothly, Fay supplied us with detailed information and was quick to respond when needed. We recommend Fay as host and this property in Peyia to anyone wishing to stay in the vicinity. This is not our first stay in Peyia, nor will it be our last, and we will definitely consider contacting Fay again.

The house is lovely with a large balcony overlooking a beautiful grove, The house is fully equipped with children's play and an outdoor closet with sea games, The pool outside is very pleasant We had a great time staying in the house, it was pleasant and fun to explore the area with the car The beaches in the area are stunning and are 10 minutes from the house:)

really nice ground floor apartment, with excellent facilities. fantastic, large outdoor pool with another 2 pools for the use of. Grounds very well maintained and clean. A great place to go for peace and quiet yet within easy reach of some great beaches and restaurants. would definitely recommend these apartments.

We chose Fay's place to work in quiet, and it didn't disappoint! The area is quiet, the apartment and building are very well kept and tidy. There is a detailed manual in the apartment that answered most of our questions/needs. The balcony is large and sunny, amazing for a dinner or to take a work meeting, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, although little. We did have a couple issues, but nothing to deter us from visiting again! Overall we had a great and relaxing time!

Excellent location very good neighborhood Lovely apartment sea view and quiet far from the tourist. Compulsory car every drive 6-10 minutes from the sea super 3 minutes drive there is a mini market pharmacy bakery even a computer store and cable for those who need it. The apartment is spacious (the sofa in the living room opens into a double bed) Too bad we discovered before we left Clean pool. Would definitely come back again and recommend. P.S. Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

We had an amazing stay at Matteo Villa! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We stayed for a special occasion (my 30th birthday 🎉) and it couldn’t have been a better setting! The jacuzzi, infinity pool, and sauna were absolute highlights — such a luxury to have all of that right on site. The garden bar made our evenings feel like our own private resort. Inside, everything was thoughtfully prepared: a water fridge, full kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and even beach towels, which was such a nice touch. The location is stunning — perched above the clouds with the most beautiful sunsets and peaceful views. It felt like a proper escape while still being close enough to everything we needed. The self check-in process was super smooth and easy, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is absolutely stunning. The furnishings are modern and clean, the pool is heated and Estéa had left thoughtful extras for our check-in. Estéa was very responsive to messages before and after we booked which was appreciated. The views from the infinity pool are stunning. The shared beach is rocky but nice for a walk. As in all hot places, ants were a bit of a pest but easily kept at bay indoors. The villa was nice and cool inside and we didn't need air con, but this is in every room. Highly recommend.
