Holiday rentals with a patio in Petrovac

My friends from Turkey can trust my advice, we had no problems with the house, it was very nice and clean, the view was impeccable

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Ahha came to pick us up to drive us to the apartment and then took us in shopping because we were on foot and we didn't know the city at all, at the slightest of our questions Ahha was answering right away that's what we call a superhost. the apartment is well insulated, spacious and faithful to the photos, the view is superb ( mountains and sea ) the bedding was spotless, the bath towels, towel, and blanket in sufficient number, in the kitchen nothing is missing to cook well To get to the city 10mn walk, a great view and many cats made a long way with us for those who love animals To go up between 15 and 20 minutes because it goes up but largely doable and quite pleasant We had a lovely stay Thanks to Ahha for allowing us to have a great stay Corine

We enjoyed the view while sitting on the terras. The quietness and nature. We stayed 6 saus and on the morning of Day 4 when we returned homefrom early beach visiit, Elena had cleaned the appartement, we got fresh towels and sheets. Very Nice surprise. Elena gave some very good restaurant options. She also gave many beach options of which we enjoyed the most quiet one. Elena is the best host there is. The best host we ever had.

Nikoka was an incredibly responsive host always within reach. The flat had incredible views, a great hot tub as described and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The apartment was really clean and spacious with amazing views of Kotor. Parking and check in was really easy and was about a 25 downhill walk to Kotor old town, but bit of a hike back up! The apartment is stocked with useful things that you may need, i would say the only thing that would have been good would be some beach towels, apart from that everything was great!

Nikola is very friendly and friendly. The apartment is spacious, pleasant, well decorated and very clean. Very well equipped. The location allows you to radiate in the surrounding cities (12 min from Kotor). Nikola's mum is lovely and gave us delicious homemade ice cream. We highly recommend

Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Absolutely fantastic place! Super clean and pleasant home with the most incredible view. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

Milica is the definition of a super host. Always available to answer all our questions, and pretty flexible with the schedule of our arrival. The house was amazing, very clean and organized. The location is amazing for someone looking for peace and quiet, and the view is out of this world. Definitely recommend it!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and especially very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back:)
