Family-friendly holiday rentals in Petrovac

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

What a gem! One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Beautiful views, easy bike ride into town, fresh and delicious food. The villa felt like home. Nemanja and his family are lovely and generous hosts, he gave so many local recommendations. We stayed for 3 nights, happily could have stayed twice that long. We already want to come back. Also: a wine tasting is a must while you stay here! Delicious wines, of course, but you’ll also learn so much about Montenegrin culture.

We loved our stay ! Perfect location in walking distance from the old town, easy parking and a supermarket not far. Friendly and welcoming host. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Kotor.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Eine tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe der Altstadt und der Promenade. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist spitze und bietet alles was man braucht. Dazu einen Balkon mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Zumal Herceg Novi für uns der schönste Ort in Montenegro war.

Notre arrivée étant tardive, Delma nous a grandement aidés en nous transmettant les coordonnées d’un taxi pour assurer notre transfert depuis l’aéroport de Dubrovnik. De plus, nous avons pu prendre possession du logement dans la nuit, ce qui a été très appréciable. L’appartement était parfait, avec une terrasse superbe et un emplacement idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville. Nous recommandons vivement !"

Wir waren eine Woche in Ivas Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Besonders gerne haben wir die Terrasse genutzt- geräumig, mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Sie hat ein grünes Blätterdach, sodass man da wunderbar auch beim heißen Wetter draußen sitzen konnte. Iva ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und war für uns gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Превосходная квартира, вид очень красивый, всё чисто, на улице тихо, в квартире всё есть необходимое для проживания! Парковка для авто есть. Хочется возвращаться. Спасибо огромное!

The apartment is brand new, beautifully furnished, and offers access to a pool. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach. However, during summer, the beach can get quite crowded. Communication with the landlord is straightforward. The apartment is a good starting point for a walk to the city.

Nos quedamos un mes en la casa de Jelena y fue una experiencia excelente. La ubicación era perfecta, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, y todo funcionaba tal como se muestra en el anuncio. Jelena fue una anfitriona increíble: muy clara, directa y atenta. Se preocupó en todo momento por nuestra comodidad, e incluso vino personalmente a cambiarnos las sábanas durante la estadía, un gesto que valoramos mucho.

we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is zeer schoon en dichtbij alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is zeer professioneel en altijd goed bereikbaar. ik zou iedereen die in budva wil verblijven dit appartement aanraden.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

We had the most fantastic stay at Alex's apartment. Exactly as the listing describes - the views even better than the photos! Great area to stay in, too. Nice walk along the bay to Kotor. We'll be back!
