Relax for a good time in this unique and peaceful house on the edge of Látóhegy Forest, as if it weren't the capital, yet it's only 12 minutes from downtown. Chirping birds, lots of greenery; Sit out on the Terrace, have a barbecue, or 'bogracs' or just soak up the scent of the forest and relax. Bring your bike and ride the back of beautiful “Harmashatarhegy” or take long walks in Mathias Rex’s favorite hunting territory.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Very well located apartment house in the quiet garden city of Budapest. 3 rooms with 4 adult beds and an extra bed for 2 children or adults Well-equipped kitchen. In the yard, there is a garden swing for relaxing, as well as a garden grill. Our neighbor is sports facility with a swimming pool, a gym, etc. Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 7 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus. The city center can be reached by public transport within a maximum of 25 minutes. The bus also runs at night.
