Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pescocostanzo

The pictures don’t serve this apartment justice - the space is AMAZING. Fantastic location, and all the amenities you could need. The flat has a huge terrace/balcony which opens up completely, but also can be enclosed (and is air conditioned/heated!). The kitchen is located here, and I loved my open-air cooking experience. There is also a separate balcony off the bedroom. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 from the beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafe’s. It was the ideal spot for bringing our one year old - a high chair and cot were provided, as well as sheets and a baby blanket. Alessandro was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults + 2 kids), big, spacious, a lot of light and view’s all around (seaside direction on one side and mountains on the other). The host was very helpfull he helpt us with early check-in and taxi reservation for Airport transfer. The downside is only related with the area, yes is close to the airport (and this is what we wanted), but nothing to do in the area. Yes, you can take the bus and in 10 min are in the center of Pescara near the sea. It is more suited for families traveling with the car.

Elettra is a very kind person and Accurate. The location of the house is great for downtown and also for us who had to go to university. Highly recommended!

Stunning location, charming little house

Due to the flu status of my wife and son we spent most days in the house and not on the ski slopes as we would have liked. However, we had a great time. The apartment is exactly as described, cozy, quiet and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. The location is strategic if you want to go skiing in Campo Felice or Ovindoli. I highly recommend the location if you want to spend quiet days and go skiing. Rocca di Mezzo is a small village that doesn't offer much else. There are restaurants - good - and some shops, but in general it feels like you're out of time...

Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. Paolo was always responsive, assisted us with everything. We absolutely recommend this place! The views are spectacular! Book it to enjoy the local experiences of Scanno. 🤗🙏

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day in the house and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went in Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the majella park and there are already many trails. Also the location is not bad because it is halfway between the eagle area and the Pescara area. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant is 10 minutes away. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Antonio was immediately very kind and made himself available for everything... schedules, various needs and extra tools requested by me. The house is completely new, clean and organized to the fullest, including all possible comforts. We were even given a bottle of very good wine and typical Abruzzo cookies. I highly recommend this house, both for the structure and location, and for Antonio and his mom, very kind people!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. We stayed in this house in Roccaraso and had a great time! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting to the slopes. We were delighted with Filippo's apartment! The location is brilliant: the top floor apartment is super central in the beautiful old town of Pescara with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and stores and at the same time it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The house is well maintained and the apartment is clean, freshly renovated and really incredibly well equipped. The check-in was very straightforward and Filippo is an extremely friendly and warm host. I particularly liked the style of the apartment with a clear design and cool furniture and pictures without a lot of frills, the cozy and private terrace and the great view through the windows and skylights of the old roofs, church windows and turrets! We would come back in a heartbeat!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I've ever been to. Enviable location, perfect for a weekend in the mountains with the family.
