House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Casa Vetus

Casa Vetus is one of the most historic medieval buildings in Tivoli, dating back to the 13th century. Renovated inside maintaining those ancient and characteristic features such as the wooden ceilings and the Gothic arches and with its simple style, make it a welcoming and charming residence in the heart of the historic center of Tivoli. Located in a strategic point of Tivoli, a few minutes walk from all the tourist attractions, close to the main services and away from the chaos of the city.

Il rifugio ideale per il viaggiatore che vuole scoprire i nostri borghi e le nostre montagne. Sito nel centro storico di Civitella Roveto (in Abruzzo) ed arredato come un piccolo chalet di montagna l'alloggio è stato ideato per chi desidera rinvigorire spirito e corpo con la possibilità di riscoprire il contatto con la natura ed il territorio, tra i nostri boschi è possibile praticare numerose attività quali l'escursionismo, il nordik walking, la mountain bike e molto altro. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

La casa di Joly è stata ristrutturata da poche settimane in stile moderno. Dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni ed una cucina, wifi e phon. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.
