It is 1 km from the main food court and attractions, across the street is the beach, a kiosk with toys for children and live music, markets and restaurants that you can walk to. One pet is allowed, subject to the following rules: It must not climb on the sofa and beds. Bring your own bedding for the animal. It is mandatory to clean up animal waste/residues in any environment and not to let them urinate on the furniture.

Apartment 1523 is on the 15th floor of the Serra dos Itatins Condominium, in the center of Peruíbe, and has a wonderful view of the sea. The building is an architectural icon of the city. Great view from the 15th floor. Very cozy apartment! Wi-Fi in the apartment and space for remote work (desk with power point and ocean view!). Nearby there are several restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. In front, there are kiosks by the sea. All outlets are 110V. There's no garage!
