Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

The apartment is super cozy. Rocío is always available if you need her. This is the third time I've rented that apartment and I'm sure we'll be back.

New, spacious and impeccable apartment, a little noise at peak times but it is common in the area due to the location, it is close to everything. I would return without hesitation. Clear instructions from the administrators and they were available at all times.

my family and I stayed here for a second time and everything was very good! it is a spacious apartment, clean, well located, even we enjoyed the temperate pool one day. We also managed to have access to a parking lot at an extra cost. Nico, the co-host, was very responsive and available for all questions. Thank you for everything and I hope we can come back in the future!

Great location, it was close to restaurants and stores.

This is an incredible apartment with great views of Lima and the ocean. You can watch the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and near tons of great cafes, stores, parks, restaurants and bars. Very easy to get an uber to and from this location, if you need an uber to get to another neighborhood. The pool and adjacent grilling and seating area is very nice and rarely used by other residents and guests of the building. The front desk reception people are very friendly.

The apartment is super nice just like the photos, it has a direct view of the sea. Everything is very tidy and clean.

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

It was a great place to stay for a couple. It is a little small, but very Homie, comfortable and clean. I would definitely coming back.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

I felt really very comfortable in this duplex apartment. It was by far the quietest place I have experienced in Lima so far. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and above all: it has a heater. Especially in Lima, this is a big plus, which should not be underestimated. Check-in was via the reception in the house. The landlords are friendly and helpful, you feel right at home. The location on a green avenue is also particularly nice, quiet and yet central.

Adriana was extremely easy to deal with, her place in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was beautiful. It was on the 19th floor of an apartment building with a casino in the lobby. The area was safe and secure with the doorman very easy to get in and out with code,was a duplex apartment living area and kitchen on the first floor two bedrooms on the second floor and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Everything was very clean, beautiful balcony five stars would highly recommend.!! Great price

Our stay at the house in Pulpos was very good. The kitchen is fully equipped, no utensils are missing, the rooms are spacious, the dining room is quite large and the pool in the center is the best. There was good reception and attention from Julil and the security personnel nearby. They didn't clean the pool even more and oriented how to get more straight to the beach. The only thing that improved a lazy chair in the psychic that needed a slight repair but we left it operating. It has convenience store very close to just minutes walking and several restaurants nearby. we would definitely go back to the house.

Exelente place 10 de 10, complies with everything promised, exelente communication and exelente attention. I recommend it if you want to have a good time with friends or family.

We had a chance to spend Holy Week, and it was an amazing experience. The condominium and the super cute house, the house is super well equipped and with several environments to enjoy with the family. César and Antonella were super friendly and helpful at all times.
