Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Perry County

Enjoyed my stay in this extremely spacious (except for relatively small bathroom) ground-level apartment, with its well-supplied kitchen, separate office, and adjoining laundry facilities. It is located in a country setting, yet less than 1/2 mile from the Carlisle Pike with its plethora of restaurants, retail stores, etc. Tracy provides many extras along with all the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

What a delightful experience. We were there for a college reunion so were not in the residence very much. But it was perfect. I did not expect the food that was provided but it was much appreciated. I cannot say enough about everything.

The basement apartment is as described. The washer and dryer are handy, the place has ample living space and a full kitchen. It was very quiet as well.

The Penn’s suite was adorable! We were there for spring Carlisle and it was the perfect stay. Lots of restaurants and businesses to walk to after the show! The traffic was a little nosy in the evening and early morning but nothing turning up the fan noise couldn’t help! Other than that it was an amazing stay! Kathy up front was so nice.

The Clematis apartment was very clean, lots of space, lots of kitchen items in good shape, we had our own thermostate, free street parking right in front of the house, wonderful porch to sit on. Hits all the marks. Thanks, Stephen!

Super cute building with well maintained gardens and a relaxing pond filled with fish and tadpoles. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch swing. The room was exactly like the pictures. There were plenty of vegetarian friendly restaurants and hiking trails nearby. Important to note the house is right next to a railroad and you will hear the train when it passes by, but that was only a couple times a day. The house contains several apartments so you are rolling the dice a bit depending who stays next to you. I had 3 lovely quiet evenings and 1 with a dog left alone to cry for 3+ hours.

Easy to find and convenient to the fairgrounds as well as downtown Carlisle. The host, Winnie, is very friendly and very nice to talk to. The upstairs apt., where we stayed is very cute and clean. We would stay again.

House was very remote, but there was a small store about 10 min away for essentials. We planned our meals, shopping and excursions in advance, so we really didn't need to make any special trips. House was huge and had everything we could of needed. The Co-Host reached out to us a couple of times about mowing and opening the pool, making sure we were OK with it. We had a beautiful rainbow 🌈 to admire and the serenity of the home was exactly what we needed to reset. On the last night our Co-Host brought us a homemade Strawberry pie. I highly recommend this rental for anybody looking to sit back, relax and enjoy the quietness of the area.

We were in the area for a FORD car show in Carlisle and the location was great. Very peaceful. Be sure to check out the King's Bakery there nearby.

Great stay at Mary’s place for a family wedding. Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed house. Cozy beds. Easy drive to State College.

Exactly what we were looking for on our trip. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed several times and have never been disappointed. Our granddaughter thinks its our house when we come to PA its the only place she knows and she is now 5. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for a BBQ and hanging out. I cant say enough about the master bedroom upstairs with the fireplace, perfect spot to sit and read. We will always come back because it feels like home. Walt and his wife are wonderful people.

Fern Hill is by far the most pristine rental we've ever stayed at. It was squeaky clean. Live plants were throughout the house, creating a peaceful, calm and homey atmosphere. It felt like we were living in a home that would be featured in a home decor magazine. Fern Hill is an ideal place for retreats, family reunions, etc. Highly recommended by our group!

We had an amazing stay at this location! It was extremely peaceful and the host personally greeted herself to us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also took time to include very small details that were extremely valuable to our stay throughout the home that didn’t go unnoticed!! We absolutely loved this stay and would recommend. 10/10 🙏🏽

From the start, Jordan was an excellent host—clear instructions, incredibly fast and responsive communication, and made everything seamless. The view from the property was absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the photos! The space itself was large and welcoming, with super comfy couches and spacious rooms with big, comfortable beds. The kitchen was a standout: beautiful, fully stocked with dishes, cups, coffee, and even a smart fridge. We especially loved the wireless chargers around the house—such a thoughtful touch. The dock was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, and waking up here was truly a treat. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
