Chase's home is in a quiet residential area in downtown Hazard. It is a well appointed home with all the amenities and has very comfortable beds. I felt very safe and sat on the porch in the evenings after working. The location is close to many eateries, gas stations, grocery stores and the local hospital. I will definitely book a return stay at this home on my next business trip to the area. Chase is a great host!

Very nice small home just a few minutes from Downtown Hazard. Nicely decorated, and super clean! Comfortable beds, all needed amenities, a great little home-away-from-home. I’ve found that the hotels in the area are really comparable in price, and we much prefer being able to cook if needed, have the additional space, etc — and Mulberry House fit that perfectly. Also - the neighbors are sweethearts. A super friendly little street, and safe. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice stay for a graduation weekend. Loved the porch and location on a beautiful creek.

The home was clean and everything is like new. The kitchen was stocked for all cooking needs. The internet worked great for being a minimal service area. We stayed for a weekend riding trip and the Leatherwood General Store is 7 minutes from the home and trail 232 is 2 minutes away. You can drive your SXS to all these locations! The creek behind the home is nice and peaceful with your morning coffee. The only thing to be mindful of is some of the roads coming to and leaving the home if you have a trailer are barely wide enough for a trailer and meeting another vehicle on these roads is almost impossible to maneuver. However this doesn’t affect the home. The stay was 5 stars.

Not the best of circumstances to rent a place due to a funeral, but the place was perfect for our needs. Loved the house and location. James was very responsive when we had questions. Definitely will stay here again!

The cabin was so cozy, peaceful and quiet. Tucked away from everything! Definitely will book again if we travel back to the area!
