Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

This was our second stay here and the stairs are worth every step! It’s a beautiful and peaceful oasis. Already planning to return next year.

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 metres away and allows you to reach the centre of Lyon either directly or by taking the metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon book this accommodation and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent stay in this well-located, well-decorated apartment, with a nice balcony. The only downside would be not having the code for the downstairs door. The (only) vigik is mandatory. I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment!

An incredible stay! My partner and I came to visit family and we were thrilled by this apartment. It’s in a lovely walkable location. The apartment was squeaky clean, with wonderful air conditioning and soundproofing, and tastefully appointed with thoughtful amenities. Some lovely touches included accommodation for an early check-in, access to laundry, and coffee and tea for our stay. The shower was also very nice, as were the products provided. We felt lucky to stay here and hope to return on our next visit to Lyon. Thank you, Wassim!

She is an incredibly kind and helpful host — always available when I needed anything and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m very grateful for all the support she gave me during my stay. The apartment itself is great: clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was spotless when I arrived. The location is also a big plus — in a calm, quiet, and safe neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, and bakeries. I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. The apartment is located right in the city center, perfect for walking in the area and easy access to public transportation. Parking is included in a garage close to the apartment.

We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s apartment! It’s right in the center of Lyon making it the perfect place to explore the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and extremely clean. Even with the heatwave, Stephanie provided many fans that helped cool down the place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups for many coffees and snacks at home. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

I really enjoyed staying at Marion's Place, the instructions were clear and the apartment was as described. Marion also gave me some recommendations about the city as it was my first time and I took all the recommendations and it was super nice. The apartment is just about 5mins walk to the metro station so it was easy to navigate and there are great restaurants around. Would def come back.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
