Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Perivolia

The place is stunning, the host super friendly, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed every moment of the 5 days we stayed there with the extended family. Very highly recommended.

Magnifique villa avec piscine ! Idéale pour une famille, il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Maison très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire est présent, plein de rangement et plein d'adaptateurs électrique disponibles. Il y a un accès direct vers les commerces et la plage. Anastasia est très réactive, bonne communication.

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

A nice modern place, the bed was comfy and was something bigger than a standard double - which if you have stayed in greece before you will know this is unusal. I actually felt there were more amenties than were described. The host was very helpful with suguestions of where to go and with extra pillows. We couldnt get the TV to do anything but we werent bothered enough to ask why as it was our last night when we tried. I would make sure you take earplugs if you are disturbed by cockrels doing their thing at dawn (or what they thought was dawn) because they were pretty close and very enthusiastic, it didnt bother us and is very common anywhere in rural Greece. It's up a shared driveway with a private gate and parking behind that. The patio with a nice breeze looks out over olive trees, happy chickens, ducks, a turkey and the sea - which is very close. There is also an friendly relaxed giant guard dog looking after all the birds who we very much enjoyed making firends with.

Wir waren schon zum 5. mal auf Zypern/Larnaca und der zypriotische Standart ist normalerweise einfach etwas rustikaler wie wir es von Österreich gewohnt sind. Aber die Wohnung war tip top. Wir waren zu 5. hatten alle bequeme und saubere Betten, eine große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Kästen, Küche, Waschmaschine war bestens. Die Lage ist super, ca 1 Minute von der Lazarus Kirche entfernt und etwa 5min vom Strand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. 👍💪🏽☺️

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Firstly, I must start by saying that my husband, 1 year old daughter and I were in a difficult situation where our original Airbnb was not at all suitable and we were looking desperately for a replacement last minute. Anthi came to our rescue and with less than 12 hours notice got her place ready for us. She was so quick and responsive throughout the whole stay too which was amazing. Anthi’s place is stylish, modern and sparkling clean. She has also done really thoughtful things such as having blackout curtains which is a godsend with a baby. Even little touches such as providing basic things like olive oil, a lovely box of tea and a bottle of red wine make a huge difference to feeling at home. The location is great with many grocery shops, coffee shops and cafes in walking distance. It is a 15 min drive from busy Larnaca. You have your own parking space on the drive which is very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet which also helps. I would highly recommend Anthi’s place.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

Amazing apartment, stunning views, over and above most airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Locations is perfect for local beaches and restaurants. Cant wait to stay again.

This apartment is one room with separate areas for sleep, eating and cooking and has a sofa. Great that it has a washing machine, good shower and swimming pool. What we paid was very reasonable. We stayed two weeks but we did leave the apartment for a few days to see other parts of the island. The cooking facilities were fine and lots of shops nearby to purchase groceries and water etc. Close to the airport. Walking to one side of the property there are excellent fish restaurants and McKenzie Beach which is beautiful and the other side there is the town and a promenade which is slightly more touristy, very nice still. We hired bikes and went to the salt lake and a couple of villages. One restaurant we really liked was called Militiza resteraunt on the promenade, we also liked the breakfast at Fort and the staff were so lovely. Thanks Marios

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Zygi. Geoffrey ist ein toller Gastgeber, jederzeit hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Sogar unsere Extrawünsche wie eine Yoga Matte wurden erfüllt und als der Kaffee ausging Nachschub vorbei gebracht 😍 Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bilder - super schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich super und hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick auf den Hafen lädt zum verweilen auf dem riesigen Balkon ein. Wer gerne Fisch ist kommt hier zu 100% auf seine Kosten. Wir sind wirklich total zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles ☺️

Wir waren vom Apartment begeistert! Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts ist hervorragend und es waren sogar Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank als wir ankamen. Die Lage in Larnaka ist sehr gut, die Innenstadt und vor allem die Strände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. 100% Empfehlung :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb in Mazotos! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool, den wir fast immer für uns alleine hatten. Er wurde einmal pro Woche gereinigt, was grundsätzlich ausreichte, auch wenn eine etwas häufigere Reinigung bei längeren Aufenthalten eventuell angenehm wäre. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Ohne Auto wäre es allerdings schwierig gewesen, sich fortzubewegen, daher würden wir definitiv empfehlen, eines zu mieten. Von Mazotos aus konnten wir problemlos verschiedene Städte wie Larnaca, Limassol und Nikosia erreichen, was tolle Tagesausflüge ermöglichte. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Airbnb – wir würden wiederkommen!

13 unvergessliche Tage im Paradies, einfach traumhaft! Wir durften 13 wundervolle Tage in Annitas liebevoll gestaltetem Strandhaus verbringen,und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Das Haus ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen: mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom traumhaften, fast menschenleeren Strand entfernt. Wir haben hier die Ruhe gefunden, nach der wir uns so sehr gesehnt haben – und jeden Tag mit Sonne, Meer und Glücksmomenten gefüllt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch für das großzügige Willkommenspaket – was für eine schöne Geste! Annita war jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach wunderbar unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wer einen Ort sucht, um wirklich abzuschalten, neue Energie zu tanken und das Leben zu genau richtig. Danke von Herzen, liebe Annita

Sehr schöne Wohnung gegenüber dem Strand, alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Viele Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Vermietungsteam hat uns von Anfang an sehr gut betreut, hat uns viele Tips gegegen und war immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Angela‘s Wohnung, konnten jeden Tag die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus geniessen. Die Schlafzimmer sind im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung und sind dadurch sehr ruhig. Alle super, Danke

Es war super schön, nur zu empfehlen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Achte nur drauf dass der Eingang bisschen versteckt ist - nach den Werkstatt links abbiegen. Nachts war schwer zu finden aber Vanko war sehr hilfreich und hat uns wunderbar geholfen. Saubere Bettwäsche-Wohnung sehr geräumig und in wunderbare Lage-hätte es mir nicht anders gewünscht.

The apartment was wonderful with all the comforts—you truly felt at home. The decoration was unique and creative! The host was welcoming and available for anything we needed.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Chris nagyon segítőkész volt, nagyon részletesen leírt mindent amire szükség lehet. Az apartman jó helyen van, közel a legnagyobb strandhoz és a buszpályaudvarhoz ahonnan minden busz indul. A szálláshely megfelelt a leírásnak. Jól felszerelt.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
