Tony was kind enough to come and find us after we got lost! Super attentive in the details and the place was great!

This home was beautiful, and the view unmatched! Oscar was so responsive and helpful with our very many requests. He gave local recommendations and booked anything we needed, even on short notice. It felt like our home away from home. We would definitely stay at this house again when we are back in town.

This place! Oh my goodness. Mountain paradise. Toucans and monkeys and butterflies and flowers…nature everywhere. Didn’t miss the air conditioning, house is well ventilated and actually found the transition from outside to inside so much better without the jarring cold. Slept so well. Our 8 year old was so stoked on the pool and bunk beds. It was a dream. It’s the kind of place you should stay more than 2 days…would have spent our entire vacay here had we known. The beaches the restaurants the wellness offerings the community…so wonderful, top notch. Will return asap.

I rented the beautiful house for 2 weeks. An absolute dream! The views of the Mystic Valley and the Pacific from the huge terrace are breathtakingly beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. From all rooms, you have beautiful views through the large windows, all of which are even equipped with mosquito nets. The house is very spacious and very tastefully designed. It is sparkling clean super clean . In 25 minutes you can reach great beaches, many waterfalls and fantastic hiking trails are within easy reach. The communication with Jose and his father Erik was extremely friendly and super fast. Definitely the most beautiful place I've had on my many trips to Costa Rica so far. I will definitely return!

Amazing house, pool, and location - close to everything in Uvita, yet secluded. The pictures of the view from the deck and pool don't do it justice. The house was very clean, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

Wow, just wow. I visited with my elderly parents and brother, even though the stairs are a little steep (we knew this prior to booking), everyone was blown away by the experience, view and service provided by the property. Well worth it! Everything exceeded expectations. Definitely was an executive experience.

Loved our time there! We loved being surrounded by the nature and the animals such as chickens cows. We even saw a couple of monkeys swinging from palm tree to palm tree right outside our window. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be used. We loved having a breakfast made by the hosts mom (it was delicious). The only thing was that there wasn’t any soap, but we had our own so no problem. Very central to quepos, jaco, dominical and uvita. Very near gorgeous beaches!

We had a fantastic stay! Teri and Rich were absolutely amazing hosts – incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They organized surf lessons for us, personally took us to the beach, and were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool to relax in. We felt completely at home and really appreciated the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with this Airbnb!! My husband and I booked Brian & Karla’s Casita for a week to enjoy our honeymoon. I wish we’d booked it even longer. This place has a way of making you feel completely unplugged from society, all the while being as modern as it gets. Pictures don’t do it justice! The wrap around balcony was perfect for evening sunsets, and the inside of the Casita was a perfect place to relax after adventuring Costa Rica. The Casita is a short drive down the mountain to Dominical, which has tons of local restaurants - Brian’s recommendations were spot on! You are also super close to Nuayaca Waterfalls, Uvita, and Manuel Antonio! Brian is an amazing host and quickly responded whenever we had questions. Him and his wife even made us dinner one night. We highly recommend this airbnb and we would book at Brian’s 1000x over! Pura Vida

The hostess is very friendly and communicative. The beautiful place, a great view of the sea, very tidy, clean, very quiet, the beautiful nature.

We loved this place! It’s way better than the photos! The plants are beautiful! The pool is lovely and deep. We loved the space! Bathroom is great. We liked where it was downtown Dominical. Easily walkable. We highly recommend this spot! (Busy roads don’t bother us.)

A very cozy, quiet, safe and clean place. When you enter the villa it smells very nice and is equipped with everything you need to have a good stay. We took advantage of the pool and the ranch to have a barbecue. When we needed help, they quickly solved it

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! Beautiful macaws in the tree right outside the hotel! The owners are a very nice family and live on-site for support if needed. The communal kitchen was actually kept very clean, and each room has a designated section in the fridge and a box for non-refrigerated foods. The communal space was a nice way to meet others in the hotel. It isn’t a very walkable area, but that’s Uvita in general, so I’d recommend having a car or renting a scooter in the town (the hotel has plenty of parking spots). I worked remotely while there and the wifi was good for video calls.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

This place is exactly as it looks and is described, which makes it a good Airbnb and good value (at the price as of April 2025 at least). Carles and his co-host communicate well and everything about the place is easy (easy to find, check-in, care for, etc). It isn't fancy but it is nice/well-built (small things like the shower water doesn't get all over the bathroom like with many similar shower setups) and comfortably arranged for 1-2 people with 2 desks for working etc. Would absolutely return. Downsides, if you want to know them: the immediate surrounding area is nothing special (it's in a nondescript small development), and there was quite a bit of noise in the morning, including starting at 5:30am on Saturday (this may be temporary/construction). It didn't interfere with my enjoyment, but it is good to know.

We enjoyed our time in Uvita! The space was comfortable! Marlène was prompt in responding! The pool was fabulous after our adventures on hot days! The location was great! 15 minute casual walk to Marina Ballena National Park (The Whale’s Tail)! I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

I really liked the accommodation, a lot of tranquility, many birds, and sounds of animals that transmit peace. We went with a 4x2 car and it was fine for being summer, if you don't know how to handle on ballast street if a 4x4 is needed or in winter if needed. The views are unbelievable. .
