Apartamento muy lindo y limpio, además de estar en un entorno tranquilo y bien ubicado. Alexa muy amable, respondía rápidamente dudas e inquietudes, muy comprensiva y atenta, excelente en todo, espero volver pronto!

Second time in Pereira and this is by far the best place to stay. Location is perfecto, 2 minute walk to restaurants, mall, convenience store, pharmacy etc. Easy to get around and very safe area even at late hours at night. Can't go wrong staying here.

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin

I had a comfortable time while I recovered from a hospital visit. Didn't regret booking it.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

I have been staying at Julián place numerous times, by myself and with my family, highly recommend, it’s quite, clean, safe, many close restaurants and things to do around, Julián is a great host always responds and attentive to anything you could need.

Es igual o mejor a todo lo descrito y lo que se ve en las fotos. La Atencion de cesar excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión también.

Apartamento 100% recomendado, muy limpio, moderno, super organizado, una experiencia excelente.

Lugar acogedor, don Jesús muy atento a colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos. El internet funcionó muy bien. Es un lugar ideal para descansar. Camas cómodas y habitaciones bien equipadas. Flores hermosas. Como recomendaciones: aclarar que la tina del segundo piso no funciona como Jacuzzi Y tal vez retirar las manijas en mal estado de los gabinetes de la cocina.

María del Carmen es excelente anfitriona. El lugar es mágico, un paraíso terrenal, perfecto para los que desean descansar lejos del ruido de la ciudad o para los más aventureros, un lugar ideal para toda la familia. Gracias a nuestra anfitriona y a su esposo siempre atentos, serviciales y muy amables.

A centrally located apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms. had a very nice view of Manizales on the 16th floor. It was a nice stay.

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos allí por unos días. Me gustó mucho porque todo estaba limpio y con todo lo que uno necesita. El lugar muy agradable y cerca de todo.

Nos sentimos cómo en casa. El apartamento es tal cual lo describe Mariana. Hay sitios para comer cerca, droguerías, supermercados. Es de fácil acceso y encontramos el lugar muy limpio y ordenado. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos con el lugar. Muchas gracias Mariana y Marcela por todo. Además gracias por entender el contratiempo que ocurrió. Nos encantó con nuestra familia la estadía en el apartamento muy lindo y organizado adicional del sonido exterior de la naturaleza es súper relajante, adicionalmente Laura es excelente siempre pendiente de todo Súper recomendable
