Holiday rentals with lake access in Perdido Bay

2nd time staying. Beautiful home, perfect amenities & they have you covered if you forget anything. We went back for the sunroom and loved every drop of coffee & book consumed there. Kitchen well stocked to prepare family dinner followed by game night. We are already planning our next stay 😍

Rick was an incredible host, meeting us at check-in and taking the time to walk us through everything. The house was spotless—extremely clean and well-kept, which made us feel right at home. It truly had everything we could have asked for. We especially enjoyed the grill and the screened porch on the dock—perfect for relaxing evenings. The location couldn’t have been better; it was ideal for all the activities we had planned. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! We booked both condos as we were traveling with 8 adults and 7 kids. Great for a large group. We had small kids and the beach area was great place for them to play as the ocean was calm and shallow. There was also a sand pad away from the ocean. The space was great . She really thought through all amenities. We enjoyed the coffee bar each morning and drinking pork coffee on the deck or by the beach. She has a great amount of beach toys and kayaks , paddle boards, chairs, bikes , etc for the beach and outside activities as well. Would definitely recommend.

Place was beautiful, felt cozy like you were right at home. Great kitchen! Host had streaming subscriptions which was awesome as we didn’t have to figure out how to log into our own accounts. Bedrooms were spacious.

We had a great time at Donna's place. Very relaxing. We enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles. We even saw fireflies!

This was my second stay at this location. Love the waterfront location and quiet. Straightforward check in and check out, the air conditioning is nice and cool, the screened in porch is worth it—you can sit there and drink your coffee and watch the sun rise. Or sit there and drink and watch the sun set lol.

Great place, perfect for what we needed. Got a call from the owner on the way there letting us know of a minor issue with a blind. Very attentive, very responsive. We’ll definitely be back.

Eileen’s place was perfect for our family vacation! There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved having so many different amenities to enjoy during our stay. It truly made our trip even more special.

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

The Bleu was great. Very clean and comfortable. Met Bonnie while we were there. Very personable and asked if we needed anything making sure our stay was 5 star. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We LOVE this place!! Rick and Sylvia made us feel like part of the family. More then everything you need!! Fishing , restraints, beautiful natural surroundings. They gave us helpful tips on restraints, attractions , helped us fish and became good friends. The sweetest hosts we have ever had!! Very friendly but private. They provided everything!! And then some!! Helped us out soooo sooo much on sooo many levels. We came for a rodeo and just wanted a cool place to stay. This is definitely a gem of a place!! The space was super clean and equipped with everything. They also provided a lot of fishing equipment and a kayak and hammock for hanging out in between time. We got to hang out with them a bit, we are social . They are very cool!! Super sweet, helpful friendly, would give the shirt off their back kind of people!! This is what we look for in an Airbnb. They truly care about their guests!! Above and beyond for comfort!! The stay was incredible!! Thank you!! Can't wait to come back!!!

this was the perfect place for a single couple get away. the balcony had ocean views, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was minutes from a beach that wasn't very crowded (just across the street). it was easy to find and very close to many restaurants and other activities to do. Hosts were extremely responsive to any messages we sent. truly did not have any issues with host or space.

Omg I fell absolutely in love with this place!! We needed a place for our last cheer competition and it was perfect ! Lots of places to eat close to everything can’t wait to come back again !!

Having the pool and the beach was a plus. our family really enjoyed the space and felt right @ home.

Connie introduced herself to us and she was super friendly. She has a separate building onsite. She also was kind enough to send items back that were left behind!! Great host!

We had seven adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Amenities were great! Enjoyed the pickleball court being within walking distance. Lisa was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We will be back again! Thank you!

beautifully furnished and comfortable

We came for spring break and had a wonderful time! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house itself was perfect for our group, we also really appreciated all of the beach gear as that was where we spent most of our time. Also, we had bad weather and the host was able to extend our stay for us at a reduced price! We were so grateful for her flexibility and generosity, definitely recommend staying here whether with kids or for a girls trip!

Absolutely loved this stay! The pictures do not do it justice, it was beautiful! The house smelled and looked great right when we stepped in. Meredith was such a great host! Super responsive before and throughout our stay! She went above and beyond for our stay this weekend! I would 100% book again! This stay was amazing and I was so sad to leave. Book here if you are thinking about it!!

My family had 3 wonderful days at the "Nest". The house was stocked with nearly everything we needed and we felt at home right away. The highlight was the location, with the spacious back yard on the bay - perfect for a morning walk or to relax in the evening on the provided deck chairs.
