Ein richtig tolles Apartment! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Ein Highlight ist der eigene Garten mit Pool. Das gesamte Resort ist ruhig gelegen und bietet auch einen großen Pool, Innenpool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit CoolHouses war sehr freundlich und schnell. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, es war super!

Wirklich eine super Unterkunft mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und guten Lage an der Algarve. Jan-Taken war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch super unterstützt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist auch sehr gepflegt und Anfang Mai war auch nicht so viel los, sodass es echt ruhig und nicht voll war. Die Wohnung bietet eigene Tischtennisschläger und einen eigenen Zugang zum Gym, was wir auch super fanden.

Un excellent séjour chez une hôte accueillante, réactive, pleine de bons conseils et de gentillesse. Le logement est superbe, dans un cadre paradisiaque, au calme. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l Algarve avec les précieux conseils de Martine. Nous sommes enchantés de cette destination et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Eine wirklich tolle Quinta. Liebevoll umgebaut zu großzügigen Appartements auf sehr großem Grundstück. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Sensationell schöne Lage in den Hügeln oberhalb von Portimão mit grandioser Fernsicht. Vor dem Pool eine große Naturwiese. Gerade jetzt im Frühjahr ein Genuss. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Große Poolhandtücher, ein toller Pool, ausreichend Liegen. Wir hatten das kleine Gartenhaus. Wirklich klein, aber mit eigener Terrasse, etwas entfernt vom Haupthaus mit eigenem Waldkauz im Baum vor der Tür. Mit Andy hat die Gastgeberin einen perfekten Betreuer für die Quinta gefunden. Jeden Tag vor Ort, immer hilfsbereit und offen für Verbesserungen. Wir bekamen sogar nach einer Woche komplett neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Der Kühlschrank war sogar mit Getränken gefüllt und und eine ganze Packung Kaffeepads standen bereit. Wir verbrachten wundervolle 17 Tage hier. Es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier gewesen sein. Danke für alles.

Very nice place and good location

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Einfach traumhaft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Dit appartement en bijhorende spa was echt fantastisch. Het appartement was heel groot, modern en heel mooi ingericht. Veel licht, aparte badkamers voor de kinderen.. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs badjassen voor de welness. Het binnenzwembad, fitness, stoombad en sauna waren heel mooi en super proper. Bij vragen werd er ook altijd direct en heel vriendelijk gereageerd. Kregen zelfs instructies met een filmpje om binnen te geraken. Kan echt geen minpuntje bedenken. Dit was helemaal top! Hopelijk kunnen we nog eens terug komen.

Het appartement van Sean is geweldig! Prachtig en schoon, voorzien van alle gemakken en een perfecte ligging met voldoende parkeergelegenheden. Sean denkt mee en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat we ruim optijd en voor de afgesproken tijd het appartement in konden. Al met al een super accommodatie!

Tolle Wohnung g in einer tollen Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vielen Dank

Detta boende passade perfekt för våran familj med två mindre barn! Vi stannade nästan i en månad och det var ett perfekt utgångsläge. Under februari ett lugnt område med promenadavstånd till det mesta; stranden, restauranger, mataffär, busshållplats etc. Inomhuspoolen var en perfekt aktivitet under en regnig dag! Rekommenderar också att ta bussen till närliggande byar såsom Portimao och Lagos! Alvor, en ny pärla som vi säkerligen kommer resa tillbaka till!

Wij hebben 6 dagen bij Casa Monki verbleven en dit is zeer goed bevallen! De foto's van de advertentie komen overeen met wat je krijgt! Schoon appartement, goede bedden, schone kitchenette en gemeenschappelijke keuken en mooi gedeeld zwembad. Ook voldoende privacy op ons eigen terras! Het enige verbeterpuntje zou zijn om de horren voor de ramen te vernieuwen zodat je niet de hele nacht lastig gevallen wordt door muggen. Maar buiten dit een geweldige vakantie! Bij aankomst kregen we ook meteen veel tips over restaurantjes en acitiviteiten in de buurt! Heel fijn!

Great apartment in Bayline, you don’t have a sea view but you have access to all the facilities and gardens. You are right by the beach and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Everything at Bayline is new and well cared for. We had everything we needed and Carlos was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. it is very spacious and well kept. The views from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing. The apartment complex had it own parking and is right next to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spa and Gym facilities were clean and well maintained. Right next to the apartments is a nice walking path to the beach. The apartment is centrally located to all the major towns and sight seeing places in the region. for us it served as excellent location to drive and visit different places by the coast. Our host Maria was always available if we have any questions and got back to us pretty quickly when needed.

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

Ficamos 4 dias em um lugar tranquilo e com uma vista maravilhosa! Apartamento limpo, confortável, cozinha com tudo que é necessário para realizar uma boa refeição, camas confortáveis , tudo perfeito para nossa mini férias!! Adoramos o lugar! Fomos recebidos com vinho de boas vindas!! Com certeza voltaremos !! O Sr Miguel sempre respondendo sobre nossas dúvidas e prestativo!!

Amazing host! Clean and tidy, all day sun on the terrace (huge one too!), beach 3 mins walk down!

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. They have thought of everything from cosy blankets to keep you warm in the evening outside to a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool was perfect, even though we were a bigger group there was plenty of space in the house and garden and we never felt on top of each other. We chose not to rent a car and it was a 20-25 minute walk to the supermarket which was fully stocked with everything and had good wine and seafood selection. You also have a beautiful view of a winery across the road. Jeroen was a super helpful host who always replied very quickly and accommodated an early check in for us. We had a lovely peaceful stay and would come back again.

Un logement spacieux, très bien pour un voyage entre famille ou entre amis ! La communication avec l’hôte était excellent. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles.

The place is paradise on earth honestly the best place I have ever been in Portugal. This gave me even more reasons why I should relocate to Portugal. Everything was spot on and the most valuable and priceless experience was Rui. Rui is an Angel on earth I have never met anyone like him before he is exceptional he will go above and beyond to make sure you are ok. The day we arrived our flight was delayed we got there really late almost midnight he was waiting for us and he had done some shopping for us in his own time. That very night everyone was exhausted from the delays but he drove me to McDonald’s to get some food for the family in his own time. The following day he took us to do more food shopping it was my 40th, he was patient with us because we were not driving. There is so much he did for us all I can say is thank you this is where I will be spending most of my holidays going forward. THANK YOU RUI a you are a phenomenal person.

Wit erwarteten ein paar ruhige Tage, mit Kindern in der portugiesischen Natur und sind nicht enttäuscht werden. Schon wie die Natur riecht, herrlich. Das Häuschen ist für eine Familie mir 2 - 3 Kindern perfekt. Die Zimmer sind so gemütlich, dass sie zum Verweilen einladen. Eine breit gefächerte Buchsammlung ist Schuld, dass ich neue tolle Bücher, für große und klein, gefunden habe. Also auch ein Tag, ohne Ausflüge in der Umgebung, lässt sich wunderbar in der Unterkunft verbringen. Wir fühlen uns bei Tanja sehr gut aufgehoben, eine liebenswürdige Gastgeberin. Zum Abschalten/ erholen ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Die letzten drei Minuten vor Ankunft der Unterkunft führen über einen gute befahrbaren Schotterweg, ein schwarzes Auto muss aber dann in die Waschanlage:). We had a wonderful one week stay at Andreas's house. It is very large, very comfortable and has every amenity you could need. As others have said, there are a number of beautiful outdoor areas where you can sit, including an upstairs terrace. Each of them has a great view, and you can find a perfect one whether it is hot, cold, wet, windy or calm. The location is perfect to explore the eastern Algave. There is a good Pongo supermarket on the outskirts of Olhao. Andreas is a great communicator and qe are very glad we stayed at his place. Highly recommended.

Great villa and location. Was even better than the pictures showed. Great layout across 3 floors for a large group on 9 adults and kids. Immaculate inside and out. Great layout outside as well with seating area, dining area, loads of sun loungers, pool and hot tub all close, easy to relax and watch kids at the same time.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de prachtige villa. Zowel van de buitenkant als van binnen is de villa indrukwekkend. Perfect gestyled en details zoals het linnen beddengoed (van mijn favoriete merk) geven echt een gevoel van luxe. De villa staat in het groen, wat ik heerlijk vind. De waterbronnen op loop afstand. De host dacht goed met ons mee en was flexibel. Dat waarderen we enorm!

Highly recommended if you're looking for a tranquil place in the midst of nature in Monchique. Yvonne is a great host and super helpful with recommendations. Hoping to be back someday!
