Large, beautiful house, even better than the photos. Comfortable beds, fine finishes, high quality appliances. Good heating. Very clean. Great location. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.

20 Manns road is a perfect place for anyone who want great access to the hawksbury River. having your own boat ramp and dock was amazing. The house and outdoor area is set out very well and great for a large family. We had an amazing Easter weekend, skiing and catching up with family.

I had an incredible stay at this retreat! The house is absolutely amazing — spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly set up inside for total relaxation. The spa and sauna were incredible too, making the experience even more special. But honestly, the best part was the host. Gary is an absolute legend — super supportive, caring, and an excellent host in every way. I felt so looked after during my stay. I’m already coming back next weekend, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thanks so much Gary 🙏🏽

We had such a great time at Evergreen House! The place is super spacious and comfy – perfect for a group getaways. The gardens are beautiful and the whole vibe is really relaxing. Brenda was lovely and made sure everything was just right. Would 100% stay here again!

The location is excellent: the area is quiet, shops are within walking distance (Woolworth's groceries, Priceline pharmacy and others), and getting there is easy. Public transportation is available via buses and metros. The housing and infrastructure looks quite new. You can park your car (or two) under the carport right in front of the house and there are available visitor spots too adjacent to the building. There is a park right next to the building, though you must walk there a bit longer for to the fence. In the building, the first floor has the living area and the kitchen, the second floor the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, visiting Zoos, Opera House, and other attractions and blue mountains, and spent some time on the patio too. We were fully able to cook dinners and wash laundry. Overall, I don't know anything that we were missing. The pdf instructions were clear, and the host was always responsive. This was the trip of a lifetime for us!

Wonderful stay leaving there

Nathan's place was exactly what we needed. He responded quickly to our booking within the hour and was so friendly. Check out was so easy and worry free. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit.

The house is new and felt fresh as soon as we got there. It was stocked with loads of essential cooking appliances and a fantastic bbq which made staying there and cooking a breeze. There were a few issues that arose with the place during our stay at the beginning, however the host was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Really big space with a great layout and perfect for families.

Some of our Polo players stayed here for over 2 months. Sandra's home was the perfect accommodation for our polo players. Sandra is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Glenbrook. The house is comfortable and well heated with plenty of space and furniture. Access to Penrith and Emu Plains is only 5 - 10 mins down the road and easy access to the Blue Mountains. Highly recommended, we will stay again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Lovely home, very nicely set out and great host. The house was very dusty and some of the chairs were very stained and a couple of the bathrooms need a good clean. The house definitely needs a really good clean, however We had a great stay and would likely book again.

The house met all expectations for a large group of people. The lounge area was perfect for gathering and the spa was fantastic on a beautiful day.

Absolutely beautiful home! Fantastic location, close to local shops, walking paths and plenty of parks for children and gym parks for adults, all very walkable! The house is well set up for a family with lots of space and bathrooms for everyone.

Had a wonderful stay here, its a beautiful house, very spacious and clean, and great amenities, washing matching and dryer came in handy as it rained the whole time we were there. Love how it has a master with an ensuite, main bathroom and a wash room downstairs as we had a big group always a bathroom available. And great host who was very responsive to all enquiries and requests. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thankyou and God Bless

We stayed at this beautiful house in Sydney and found it to be perfect for a long stay. It truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with just a 45-50 minute drive to the CBD and Sydney beaches. We also visited the Blue Mountains, which was roughly the same distance from the house. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great access to key attractions around Sydney!
