Lorenzo's stay was so special! The house is simple but nothing is really missing (from the espresso machine with capsules and sugar to the hair straightener!). The place is quiet and ideal for those looking for rest. Lorenzo is really super available not only in providing directions to shops, clubs, etc ... but also to fulfill requests for the very last minute! We had a really good time!

We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Well-kept, clean and fresh accommodation despite the summer season, a strong point is the outdoor veranda, we will probably return.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The reception was good, Carmine uses fine tools to communicate pleasantly if you do not speak the same language. The space and surroundings are beautiful.

Giulia's mom welcomed us with great kindness. The environment is very nice with A beautiful garden and adequate furniture to rest there. If our road brings us back to this area we will be back with great pleasure.

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Apartment with exceptional sea view! Clean, well-stocked, and well-furnished! Watching the sunrise from the garden was wonderful. A perfect stay for those looking for relaxation and beauty. Highly recommended!

The accommodation at Noemi and Alessandro's was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated ourselves. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. Beautiful terrace and departure without any problems. I can only recommend!!

A beautiful , well designed apartment with fantastic views looking across to the centro storico. The en-suite bathrooms are a real bonus. It is on the third floor but there is a lift with one flight of stairs. It is located close to the main sites so the car can be parked up in the secure area and forgotten. Alessandra was very enthusiastic and helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Great green garden with many different species around you when you stay, silent area! But close to the beach, also nice park way to walk to the center!

Giovanni is a very kind and responsive host! A small gift for our children was waiting for us on arrival, which clearly touched us a lot. The apartment is beautiful, bright and spacious. It is very well equipped and it can be noted that compared to other rental apartments, the equipment of this one is regularly renewed to give a new look. We also really enjoyed the private parking space and the access to the beach 2 minutes' walk away. We will be delighted to stay in this accommodation for our next stay in Montesilvano.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Everything was perfect. The apartment is even larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and with lot of little details, which make you feels home. Alessandra was also very helpful and communicative. I would book the flat anytime again

Very happy with Marck's apartment. Very well located, very close to beautiful streets to take pictures of Casoli. The shower is excellent! 1A water pressure Marck is an excellent host, you can tell he cares about the guest being happy and having no problems!
