good accommodation with a very spacious and comfortable place of course, with the price paid feels very suitable and worth it, with Mr. Immanuel who was very helpful before and after arriving at the airbnb.

The house is very homey, feels like home. The room is clean, the housekeeper is very homely and responsible, the pool area is sufficient and clean. 9/10 The most important correction is for the water heater, it's the other way around. So my family is really worried, please check it again. The rest is solid

This is my second time staying at Ridwan’s place. Still as Awesome. We and our kids really love this place. Ridwan’s place is very clean, homey and comfortable to stay in. The location is also perfect, with orange groove just opposite the area. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are really satisfied with this place and hope to stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta.

Very responsive and flexible host, offers a guide to the city of Jakarta, and also very welcoming. The house is very clean and large, with AC, TV, kitchen, and has an outdoor space.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

The room is clean and bright, neat and comfortable, I am happy to have a wonderful time here

The apartment is spectacular. The luxurious feeling was very hospitable. Well decorated, beautiful decor and convenient amenities. The view is amazing. Laundry snd convenience store right downstairs. Pool is excellent. Food and supermarket easily available just a few minutes walk. The staff Intan was very nice to communicate with. She was kind, helpful and gave clear instructions. It was such an incredible experience in this apartment. I look forward to being back here soon...

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Dennis genuinely did above and beyond to make sure our experience is unmatched to anything we had in Indonesia! A true hospitality pioneer, I wish everyone who visits Jakarta crosses paths with people like him. Everything is good especially 55inc tv and netflix etc. Very effective. The only thing that i can say that there is no curtain in balcony door that if you change your clothes thats sides other apertments people might see you. There is little dark filmed on the door glass but still visiable. There is market in entry gate its so usefull also.
