A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Welcome to Retiro do Burel, where you can enjoy the best that Serra da Estrela has to offer. Our house has c.100 m2, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, and all amenities you need, in order to spend amazing and relaxing holidays away from home :) From our balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view that extends from Serra da Gardunha to the Tower. Our Chalet is located on a 3-hectare fenced farm, located within the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A calm and tranquil place where you can enjoy nature and observe the local fauna, through walks through the pine forest, or choose to follow the stream to its source. You can also relax in our pool. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends. We accept all animals. The farm, Chalet, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
