Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pendik

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Esra’s home is beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. She was always available and incredibly hospitable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wir waren insgesamt zu viert für mehrere Tage in der Unterkunft von Asli Hanim. Wir wollten uns eine kleine Auszeit gönnen und hierfür war die Unterkunft hervorragend. Wir kamen spät in der Nacht an und dennoch gab es keinerlei Probleme beim Einchecken. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso das Badezimmer. Der Garten und die Terrasse waren auch sehr sauber, viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Vor allem der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight, viel schöner und auch größer als auf den Bildern. Asli Hanim stand uns rundum die Uhr mit Tipps zur Verfügung, Nachrichten und Anrufe hat sie sofort beantwortet. Auch hat sie sich täglich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, eine wirklich herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin. In der Unterkunft hat man seine absolute Privatsphäre, es gibt keibe Einblicke in den Garten und Pool, somit konnte man völlig ungestört schwimmen und sich sonnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für den schönen Kurzurlaub Asli Hanim :)

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has everything needed for a hassle free getaway. It’s in a perfect location just far enough away to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Çengelköy while also being within walking distance of the heart of the neighborhood. The garden with all the cat visitors was especially loved by our child. Thanks to Jackie and Seyit for being great hosts!

Kapidan girdigimiz anda bizi karlisayan atmosfer ic aciciydi, ferah keyifli bir deneyim yasadik. Gonul rahatligiyla tercih edebilirsiniz :)

ev çok büyük ve konforluydu. eşyalar özenle dizilmişti. bir evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey mevcuttu. biz 8 kişi çok rahat kaldık. murat beye güzel iletişiminden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum

İyi bir deneyimdi, ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolaydı. Zaten konum da avm’nin dibinde olduğu için çok iyiydi

Kıvanç Bey konaklamamız konusunda her derdimize derman olabildi. Manzarası, gözüktüğünden şaşırtıcı derecede daha da iyi. Gayet düzenli yürütülen bir AirBnB. Heybeliye gelecek olan misafirler ve yabancıların dikkatine - Google Maps verileri güncel değil! Sokakların bazıları yanlış isimlendirilmiş, bazı sokaklarda yol varmış gibi gösterirken aslında olmadığı ortaya çıkıyor vs. Velhasıl, Google'a çok güvenmeyin!

Son derece rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama yaşadık. ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu.

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
