Relax on the large deck or sit around the fire in the backyard yard. Prepare meals in stocked kitchen. Large driveway allows 4 vehicles boat and trailer. 3 BRs are located on the second level. The master BR has king bed and private balcony. 2nd BR has queen bed & 3rd BR has day bed and a bunk bed!

Casual, comfortable, coastal home with VIEWS of Topsail Island and the Intercoastal Waterway. We are approx 15 miles from the Topsail Island bridge which connects the mainland to Topsail Island. Relax on the front decks outside your room and enjoy the scenery. We do have another listing so please be aware the kitchen will be shared.(cooking 7am - 8pm )In addition. we have Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 am and only allow eating in kitchen and outside decks. (water is fine!) Hosts live upstairs

The place has 2 grills one propane and one is charcoal. Farmasea is located minutes from Wilmington and even a shorter distance to Topsail island. Farmasea is located a quarter mile away from intercostal waterway and public boat ramp. Farmasea has all new updated fixtures, fans in every room, and new upgraded appliances.
