Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pender County

Tia’s place in Surf City was truly wonderful! My family was so comfortable and felt right at home, and everything was so well stocked that I did not need to even unpack our essentials I had brought just in case. I was incredibly impressed with all of the coffee options and space we had, and even the smallest of details were thought of (flashlights and beach toys made taking my kids to the beach a breeze). Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, helpful signs were thoughtfully placed throughout, and the location was perfectly walkable even with a toddler! Our trip was relaxing and peaceful - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much!

Enjoy our stay, definitely a beautiful home and perfect for a family vacation, only “bad” thing I can say is there were insects that would come inside the house but there was raid so a quick spray fixed the problem but other than that our stay was perfect!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! It was just as pictured & as we all know pictures can be deceiving. Erik was great at communication from the moment we booked to even after our departure to ensure everything went smoothly. We loved how close it was to the beach, local restaurants & it was amazing riding around on the golf cart to catch the sunset at the beach. We will def be back and couldn’t have asked for a better time! We even enjoyed a sunset dinner on the back deck and the weather was perfect!

The Lucas farm is beautiful and peaceful, it’s a little oasis in the woods. Amy and Glenn have thought of every guest comfort and the entire property has a welcoming vibe. Close to main attractions but off the beaten path enough to be restful. I regret we didn’t stay longer, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Great location. St Wu is from the sand

Perfect cozy spot for my beagle, Vincent and I to crash for 2 days and relax. Despite a warning about some possible bugs, since it's ground floor beachside, We saw none at all. This place isn't fancy, it's clean cozy and oh, so convenient to everything in and around Surf City and Topsail Beach. A/C cranked like a champ in 95 degree record heatwave. Also, we heard not a sound from the folks upstairs the entire visit. I'd come back any time Vincent and I are back on the strand!

Enjoyed our stay, Joseph was super responsive and helped us with any concerns that we had! Definitely will book again in the future. (Plus he helped us with the grill as we were clueless lol)
