Clean and brand new apartment, with good amenities. The host was attentive and quickly answered all questions, and also received us to explain the details of the condominium and the property. We had a good experience in the stay.

The house is simple but cozy mto, we feel at home in the time of stay. The house was easy and quick access to the venue of our event, has smaller markets nearby and a little more has large markets. Juliana's attention was amazing in everything we need. A detail of the garage: it says that fits a car, but in our case q were two small (hb20 and corsa) fell quietly.

From the beginning to the end of the stay, communication with Heloísa was easy, clear and quick. The apartment was spotless when I arrived. Heloísa even left the room light on for my best reception. The condominium is calm and the family neighborhood.

Our stay was just amazing! House is exactly as described in the photos: clean and extremely comfortable. The location is great, it was close to the event we were going and with easy access to restaurants and markets. The kitchen was well equipped, which allowed us to prepare some meals. The beds were very comfortable. Juliana was super gentle and always responded quickly to our questions. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely stay here again if we return to the city!

Google maps led to the location without error. Rancho is very large, spacious, accommodated everyone and had even those who preferred camping kkk. Churrasqueira in the kiosk and another attached to the house to make that carteiro em brasa. Trees and seasonal fruit throughout. Kiosk to fish. Great place for anyone who wants to get in touch with nature and enjoy the peace that the place provides. Not to mention the great reception of Mr. Everaldo and his wife who were very receptive and attentive. I recommend this beautiful space to everyone.
