Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

There is a very spacious patio on the ground floor of our villa, a private pool and garden area measuring 4.5x2.5 m2 with a depth of 1.5 meters and a living room, kitchen and toilet area. There are 3 bedrooms, a toilet & bathroom area and 2 balconies on the first floor. It has a very large area where you can watch the sunset in the terrace area.

2nd Row to the Sea, 2+1 Garden Floor in a Decent Location Our house is a 2+1 garden floor located 30 meters from the sea in the İskele neighborhood. It has its own front and back gardens. There is a blue flag beach 30 meters away. You can also reach Ören Beach in 5 minutes by car. The marina is two rows in front of our house. There are many cafes and restaurants around this lively and bustling area throughout the day. You can walk to these places in 2 minutes from the house.

THERE ARE BASKETBALL COURTS AND TENNIS COURTS ON THE BEACH 100 MT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. CHILDREN 'S PARK ARE AVAILABLE NEXT TO THE CANS. IT PASSES IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IN THE CITY CENTER.
