Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pelican Key

we were a family of 13 the house seduced us with all its possibilities terrace spa pool a second well appointed kitchen with all the amenities and a great ping pon table with synthetic lawn. our friendly and very quick host no request we had a very nice stay in St Martin

The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

This location is excellent ..everything is near by ..the host is amazing ...thank you for everything its definitely worth it...I wiill be back again and again

The property is even more beautiful than the photos show! We were so happy here - it could not have been better. Super clean, not a thing out of place, and thoughtfully provided amenities like sunscreen, toiletries, and a nicely stocked fridge when we arrived! Simona helped me navigate booking when we wanted to change from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bed unit, and was completely responsive throughout. She even reached out to let me know late checkout was available if we needed it! Easy to follow instructions provided for the security gates, etc. A perfect host, a fabulous property... created a memorable vacation stay. 10 out of 10 and many thanks, Simona.

Great location, host and overall experience.

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

The condo was very spacious and sparkling clean! Amazing view off of the balcony. Will definitely be coming back! Olga was amazing to work with!

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Alexandra and Fanny, were friendly host and assistant. Always, reachable and happy to help. The apartment is right on the beach. The shops, and restaurants, are 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the property. The property is airy and spacious. It had all amenities that we need for our week stay. We would definitely recommend this property, and return on our next visit.

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Small Idyllic apartment, the view is magnificent from the balcony , iguanas just down the beach that can be approached easily. The residence is private secure and well maintained with a swimming pool where you can have a good time ( clean ) . The center of Marigot is about 10 min walk where you can eat local ( the small restaurants are extremely good and the locals are very welcoming ☺️ Thank you to Lydia and Jean for their sympathy and availability, we leave with beautiful images in our heads 👌🏻

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s steps away from some of the best beach bars in Orient Bay. The house has a lovely deck on the 2nd floor with great views of the water and hills. Very peaceful. And there were some very thoughtful welcome amenities provided at checkin. Overall a great stay.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

We staued at Isabelle's for a month snd by the time we left it felt like home. The neighborhood of Oyster Pomd is welcoming with several small but excellent restaurants within an easy walk. There is also a locsl market to pick up fresh bread and other items. Dawn beach is a quick drive. The unit was clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and I as well as space.for our daughter and three friends when they visited. We contacted Isabelle once because the microwave wasnt working and Maxime quickly replaced it with a new one. The one drawback, and only for when we had six people, was that the ad says two bathrooms which is true but there's only one toilet and it oa separate from the bathrooms. It required a bit of planning in the mornings and getting ready to go out out but it was manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Beautiful home and stunning views/surroundings. The apartment is on the lower floor of the owners house but it is very private. You get private use of the swimming pool and separate access down to the apartment. There were monkeys in the garden which was amazing! The only thing was there were lots of moskitos but the bed has a netting around it so you are safe. After a couple of days with some spray and plugs the moskitos stayed out of course with the doors closed. There is a microwave, sink and fridge, no stove or oven. Out of the way of the main town but super easy to get there by car. Ideally, you need a car to get to the property or taxi. Fantastic stay. Thank you

We had the honor of renting John’s place to celebrate a girls 40th birthday trip. The location was a perfect mix of walkable to restaurants/bars/beach and felt secluded on the beautiful back porch and pool with an amazing view. We stayed in and watched movies two nights even, because it felt like home! Loved how it had character and felt familiar, and John was extremely great at corresponding and giving us awesome recommendations. I hope to go back!!! After exploring other neighborhoods driving around, we realized this was a right choice. Having live entertainment so close at the red piano was a big plus too!! Thanks, John!!!

This has to be one of the most beautiful villas on the island! The ocean view was amazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing was peaceful. We enjoyed our one weeks stay at La Casita and would book again when we come back to SXM. Thank you to the housekeeper for being so kind and giving us tons of local recommendations!

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!
