This fully-furnished and equipped rental is sure to deliver a one-of-a-kind Southern California experience with everything you need from towels, linens, beach toys and gear, to all the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hi-speed Internet included free of charge. Note that the third bedroom is also a secon living room connected to the main living room. Sliding doors and blinds allow for full privacy when closed. There is a second Villa (Villa B) that is a two-bedroom condo upstairs and has a separate listing and booking. Some guests will rent both units for larger groups. Both units are separate and private. Bedrooms: * Master bedroom is a spacious room with large king-sized bed, walk through closet and private bathroom with an enclosed dual head tile shower. * Second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. * Third bedroom boasts it's own fireplace, queen daybed and seating area by converting the second living room into a private bedroom with slider doors and privacy blinds. * Queen Sofa Bed adds additional sleeping arrangements in the main living room.
