The outside is beautiful! Impeccable the scenery, the BBQ area, the pool. Everything really beautiful and exceeded expectations in this regard. The place is focused on holding parties and events and it seemed to me that's why the investment is all in that sense. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable and all with a ceiling fan, which was excellent in this heat . The only caveat is about the kitchen items, which are already very old pots, knives, etc. Everything else was perfect, they were flexible about checking in, everything went very well . I recommend it!

We love the house, everything clean, exactly as in the pictures, security note 10 24 hours, being a closed condominium, we slept with open doors. I would also like to thank the host Wil, education and cordiality, I always ask to answer any questions. We worship!! and will be back if God allows 🙏🏻

Graet gouse in a safe closed community. Excellent pool and pool area and barbecue pit. The house is peaceful and quiet. We particularly love the balcony. We had breakfast and afternoon tea in the balcony every day

Robert was very attentive throughout the whole process of the stay, the place is very comfortable, well equipped and the hydro and swimming pool are wonderful. We also used a lot of the pool, which generated good haha departures, in our stay the site had three refrigerators, which helped a lot!

Christian was a great host, was respectful, worried all the time about not making me uncomfortable being a female host, and was helpful every time I had doubts/needed help at the property. In relation to the accommodation, he gave clear and incisive instructions, as well as tips on useful places during my stay such as a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc. The location is great, family atmosphere. I recommend it!

The apartment is spotless. Everything is brand new, wonderful pool, top barbecue, great quality bed and bath linens. A very peaceful place. Close to downtown and busier cities like Savassi. The host is a good person and very clear. He kindly made our checkout flexible. We'd come back 1000 times.

Great place, safe, and in a quiet community. Short drive or walk to supermarket with easy access to main roads for farther travel to Belo Horizonte or countryside.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!
