Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Pedregal

First off, Curtis was a very effective and frequent communicator making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and note that the apartment has condiments like spices, hot sauce etc so no need to buy salt and pepper! Kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was clean and overall nicely styled. Also a/c units throughout to keep place cool if needed. Location wise you will need to uber everywhere so bake that into your budget. Walking into the apartment you do see a beautiful view of the ocean so it is lovely…HOWEVER the patio is built such that the pool is raised to obstruct the ocean view so if you envision sitting on the patio furniture gazing out at the ocean you won’t see it. When sitting down, the pool wall is the predominant feature and obstructs the view. If you standup you can see the ocean but the predominant view becomes the roof of Costco. So just know that going in. Overall nice apartment and well equipped with responsive host.

This rental has a front desk check-in with security 24/7 making it feel very safe. The grounds are maintained & very clean. Pretty quiet. Didn’t even realize we had neighbors until we checked out. The place is clean & just as pictured. Appreciated the extra toiletries provided that one may forget (qtips, hair caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Restaurants, Oxxo, beach all walking distance. We did get Uber a couple of times and didn’t wait more than 2 minutes. Very safe neighborhood with the fire station about 1/2 a block. Only downfall was the rooftop jacuzzi was a flop. You fill it yourself & run out of “warm” water about a 1/4 of the way. That’s more of a building issue. Jinelly made sure to reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything met our needs. Gave us suggestions & even offered to help book transportation & excursions for us. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

This place is MAGNIFICENT! I loved this spot so much! I am a bit picky with hotels and venues, but this was stunning - just what I needed. It looked better than the pictures. I will say that if you are looking for a spot in the middle of all the party or tourist action, this isn't it. If you need beachfront, this isn't it. What it does have is beautiful decor, stunning views of the water and Arch, fantastic top floor outdoor space with a grill, privacy, peace, and so much more! The pools always had space available, and there is a grocery store and a Costco right across the street. There is slight noise from their trucks, but being from Chicago, I didn't notice it too much. Alvaro is the best host ever, and helps whenever needed. I never waited more than 10 minutes for him to respond to a request or question, and he would fix whatever slight issue I may have within minutes. What a great addition to a fantastic experience. I'm already planning my next trip there, and so should you.

Great place, 100% accurate photos. You're right on top of the marina so if you're taking boat trips, the location makes it so easy. Security is top notch, there are guards around at all times of the day. You're right in downtown so lots of restaurants within walking distance. The one con is what everyone talks about: the main bedroom faces the marina and it doesn't quite down until about 10-10:30pm. There is also morning yoga at 8am downstairs on Saturday mornings, so you'll hear it if you're a light sleeper.

Everything was fantastic, great view great people. I think it was perfect. Wish there was a little more direction on where trash goes but it would be my only comment. Still 5 stars I will be staying again in the future.

Camas muy comodas, el departamento de buen tamaño, todo muy limpio, prácticamente parecía nuevo. Cerca de Cabos, a 10 min en coche para ir a playa Medano y centro. La vista Increible 💗🙌✨. Adriana siempre muy atenta, dando recomemdaciones y ayudando a hacer comoda tu estancia. 10/10

This place was amazing and our host, Sergio, made our first time in Cabo one to remember. The place was very clean, stocked with everything to cook, do laundry and make coffee. The views were absolutely incredible. Overlooking the city at dusk and dawn is a sight you wont forget. The location was within walking distance to delicious restaurants and local vendors. We felt very safe our entire stay due to the location residing inside a private community. Will definitely stay here again!!

Mi estancia en el alojamiento fue muy agradable. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio (solo que en las recámaras había pelusa y polvo en los pisos incluso un hisopo usado tirado en uno de los baños), bien equipado y tal como se mostraba en las fotos (como tal no se mira el arco). La cama era cómoda, el WiFi no funcionaba en las remaras, tenían un extensión de wifi pero nunca logré conectarme, la cocina contaba con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos. La ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca de restaurantes, transporte público y atracciones principales. El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a todas mis dudas. La entrada y salida fueron muy sencillas gracias a las instrucciones claras que me proporcionaron. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente para quien busque una estancia cómoda y sin complicaciones.

This unit is clean, modern, well equipped and everything worked well, the building is located in the center of the city and it is walking distance to everything, there is a large grocery store in the mall below that has everything you could need. The management team was great, Renee and Brisa were quick to respond to any questions I had and they were right there to meet me when I arrived. I would stay here again for sure.

We had a fabulous trip to Copala with our family and another family. The kids (11, 11, 8) were amazed by the fact that they had the pool(s) mostly to themselves. Copala itself was very quiet and we enjoyed watching the golfers on the hole below the unit, the boats on the ocean, and everything in between. We were able to get around the property using the shuttle system, even if it was a little slow at times. The price (free) was certainly right! The unit itself was really great for our needs. It was nice to have separate spaces and the views were to die for. Robin and her team, however, are the real gem. They made going on vacation so easy. They helped us figure out how to get around the area and book several excursions, including an in-unit tequila tasting. I am honestly looking for an opportunity to have Robin host us again in one of her units because she is THAT good. Highly highly recommend this place with this host!

Our stay was amazing! Felt extremely safe and it was very peaceful. The kids enjoyed the kiddie pool that is just a few feet out of our location. The Infiniti pool and service we received there was amazing also! Sandra and Daniel were very responsive and so was Adrian which is the gentleman that reached out to us for any need & assisted us with some of our reservations. Overall great stay! Would definitely book again!

This place was very clean, great, and very good location. I communicated with Estefania, she was great at communicating with me anything that was needed she was willing to respond and give information in nice time as well. I would book again, definitely recommend this beautiful place!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.

Beautiful condo. Well appointed with lots of room. Loved the rooftop patio in evenings as well as main level during the day. Beautiful grounds and gardens near pool. Walkable for groceries and restaurants in the local area. A short cab or Uber ride to downtown Cabo san Lucas for busier part of town. Responsive hosts that were readily available when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again. Great price and ideal for a group.

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

The place was beautiful just as the pictures show, with an amazing view of the ocean Charles and his wife were so nice we ran out of water but Charles and his wife came in less than 30mins to fix the issue. I enjoyed my stay here.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

Staying at Onelly's place was amazing! She was very friendly, super responsive, the house was spotted clean, the kitchen had so many utensils and appliances that I felt i was at home. Supermarket was less than 5min walking and the views to the ocean from the rooftop was incredible. Little details around the house made the big difference. Thank you for hosting us!

Had a wonderful weekend in this condo. It’s very quiet and chill. There were at least a couple of restaurants on property so we didn’t have to cook for ourselves very much which is what I like on vacation.
