Great house. All the towels were smelling, the pillows and beds are super comfy, the spaces are large and very cozy. It has a great butchery on the same street and good restaurants nearby (I recommend the "Marmitaria Hora Certa e Restaurante").

We had a conference with all our software developers from Brazil in Bauru and there were four of us staying here. Everything was great and we had a great week of work. Thank you so much for the accommodation.

I spent two weeks in the house. Adorei! The house is very well cared for and clean. All the equipment in the house works and is in great condition. I felt very well in the house and the neighborhood. I highly recommend it! The host (Sidnei) is very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

Dalmer was very helpful and kind all the time, the house holds one or two people's stay well. It has backyard to extend clothes and utensils for a good apparatus. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Would recommend!

Everything is super cute, organized and clean. Excellent attention more however I would have liked to be able to have shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste since I understand that they are basic things in a rental

The apartment is really as it is in the picture. The location is simply perfect, the excellent neighbourhood, close by has the mall that is possible to go on foot. It is also possible to walk to restaurants that are located on the street.But it is also super possible to cook in the apartment, as it is super-equipped. Rafael even recommended a pet-friendly restaurant to us. The building structure is excellent as well. Were me, my husband, my son and my pet. We love the hosting and we intend to go back for sure. I highly recommend, whoever will like it. Thanks Rafael for the reception! We'll be back soon!
