The pictures did not do this place justice! It was way more beautiful in person! When you first drive in, you are greeted by the cute goats!!! It’s all enclosed and very relaxing and quiet! The cabin was adorable and very well kept! The only downside was the one scorpion we saw! 🤭 can’t stop nature though, and the place was totally worth the scorpion visit. Beautiful and would definitely go back, maybe even try the yurt next time!!!

Really loved our stay here! The bed was comfy and had lots of pillows. The location was convenient to town and lots of restaurants. Not really walkable anywhere but that’s okay with us. We loved loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub.

Emily’s little guesthouse was a perfect find. We stayed 5days and had everything we needed, it was well stocked, even a blender and Texas Pecan coffee. The guesthouse was quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. Loved the location. Emily was friendly and gave clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. I hope to stay there again when we are visiting family.

Such a great place to stay! My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend getaway and loved the quiet location with lots to do and beautiful scenery. It was perfect for the two of us, but would have been equally perfect for our whole family. Kids were a little jealous when they saw the pictures. Highly recommend for friends, couples, or families!

Our stay was comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and parking was easy. The barn is very clean and the wifi's fast. There isn't much outdoor space but there's plenty of floorspace so our son had room to play with legos and stretch out. The furniture is comfortable (big couches and and an easy chair); the bed is on the softer side. The AC and fans kept the place nice and cool. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes etc so we could eat and cook. It's a short drive to the main downtown space in Boerne. Keep in mind it's an easy walk to the owner's pool in the backyard (not part of the accommodation), and there's a stepladder up to a loft space (not part of the accommodation), so if you're traveling with younger kids you'll want to keep a close eye on them that they don't get into these spaces.

The Bunkhouse is amazing! So much attention to detail makes the Bunkhouse a very cozy get away for a couple, family or group. The property has something for everyone! The pool temperature was perfect, beds were super cozy and the kids enjoyed pickleball on the sport court. We enjoyed fresh veggies from the garden and our grandson loved following the chickens around the property. Sandi was an excellent host and treated us with some delicious fresh banana bread! We loved our stay! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing place with an amazing view and tons to do! You’re never bored with all the activities they provide! I highly recommend booking, I know I will again!!

This was the best place to spend a weekend with my favorite ladies for my bachelorette weekend. Plenty of open space, really making you feel so far away from the city. Every necessity and leisure spot was close enough to drive and very walkable. Such a beautiful, open A-Frame. Everything about it was just so beautiful, open, and clean. Any questions or concerns, they were quick to answer. So grateful for the time we had!

Carolyn and Ron were so welcoming! We loved staying at their little AirBnB in the Texas Hill Country. We took a quick weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary and it was definitely worth it! Close to Fredericksburg and such a pretty drive with wildlife all around!

This was a great getaway weekend for my husband and I. The house was perfect! We loved the privacy this house offered. It was a great place to unwind and disconnect for a couple of days. We would definitely recommend this house for your perfect little hideaway!

We had a great getaway at the yurt! It is the cutest place we have ever stayed. We loved it and will be back if we are ever in the area again. It was private and quiet and the hot tub was great! Highly recommend!

It was such a cozy place to stay. If you’re wanting to relax and just enjoy your scenery this is the place to be. The pool is so clean and the water felt really great. My host was always very helpful, anything I needed or had questions about she always responded rather quickly. I would recommend to anyone wanting to just relax, feel at peace this is the place for you!

Place admittedly looked a little rough outside upon arrival. Haha But once inside? Just as described, presented, and even better than expected. Animals and atmosphere was perfect - just what we needed. Host’s communication was always pleasant and we didn’t need a thing extra. WILL stay again.

Vincent was an excellent host. The cabin and surrounding landscape was beautiful, very peaceful and comfortable. The cabin was as listed and we felt safe. We had a great time and would book with Vincent again!

The Rock House is quiet and comfortable and as described/pictured. It's easy to spend time there -- relax on the porch, watch birds and wildlife, see the stars (or maybe a lunar eclipse!) at night. We were glad we brought our binoculars! The location near Blanco was a good central base camp for our day trips exploring the Hill Country. Kent and Sherry are great and their local recommendations were super helpful.

Miss Suann and Mr. Don are just amazing people. Their place is awesome and they are the greatest hosts. I love staying at their place.

Julie’s place is a nice little retreat. We were only in town for a short weekend for a wedding, but it suited our needs. I liked the front sun room. I wanted to spend a little more time on the back porch but there were some paper wasps out there. I have them at home, they’re not aggressive but they look scarier than they are. It was very clean and had a lot of kitchen cooking supplies and linens. The master bathroom is really nice with the super deep soak tub. There was a resident deer and butterflies constantly around, but definitely herd the warning of the posting about animals and stuff around the area. We didn’t see any snakes or anything but the grounds would hide them well. We ran into a couple scorpions and yeeted them further into the brush. If we’d stayed a little longer I eventually would’ve put on pants and boots to explore the grounds a little more.

Chantal was a great host, the pool house was a perfect place to stay after enjoying the town or a great meal. The infinity pool overlooks acres of land and the hot tub brought some much needed relaxation time. Chantal and her husband gave my wife and I room for private time but was always responsive when we asked questions. They are down to earth people and have a beautiful pool house view to take in the hill country of Wimberley.

We absolutely loved our stay at Megan’s place. Our toddler loved the wide open space of the property and the animals so much he didn’t want to leave. Megan was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Mother’s day weekend was incredible! Our 1st time in Fredericksburg and Mark gave us suggestions on places to go. Main street and HEB nearby. Relaxing poolside and seeing animals grazing in your backyard was a treat. Beds were very comfortable plenty of linens for guest use. Mark thanks for being a great host by quickly responding to my questions. Your place is amazing, my family and I throughly enjoyed.

Our stay was wonderful! So quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed every moment. Clean house, wonderful host, Will stay there again when I’m in Boerne .

Perfect location for wedding weekend at Park 31. Made things so much easier for my family and we had a great time on the property.
