Beachfront holiday rental in Pedernales

We enjoyed our stay here. The kayaks were great, the accomodations were comfortable, and the area was nice. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area but still very close to everything — especially Playa Buye, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cabo Rojo. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for both the beach and the house: towels, chairs, beach gear, kitchen essentials, and even toys and games for the kids. Check-in was seamless with keyless entry, and communication with the hosts was excellent — quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the little details like having a washer and dryer, which makes a big difference when traveling with family. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. A great find in Cabo Rojo!

Recommended full!! It exceeded our expectations. Easy access, central to different places to see and the best… just steps from the village. All spotless and tidy. Spacious rooms that make it easy to stay for groups. We will be back soon!!

An excellent, very quiet place for those looking for a moment alone with the family, the pools are very nice, in short, excellent facilities.

A wonderful puerside stay with available kayaks. The swings, beach chairs, and outdoor furniture made this space an absolute bomb. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great spot and location

Very responsive host, we appreciated guidance as we arrived. Review the instructions** Plan accordingly. These “units” are referred to as Orbits - look for signage of where this one is located. Clean space, quiet, peaceful w 24 hour security. One practically has our own private beach and pool (4ft deep)! Beach chair were a plus, toys, and other amenities we didn’t think of (insect repellent). Places to check out -Boqueron great nightlife, Playa Buyé breathtaking, las Salinas de Cabo Rojo (we were told is seasonal) the pink and teal waters… Apply repellant*** have some with you! The space Clean, bug free* 1st floor, two entry points, living space w/TV, dinning area, compact bar, laundry (bring your own detergent), bedroom w nice double doors, walk in shower (in the bedroom) and rr (between the stairs and living space). Kitchen had everything we needed. 2nd floor, bedrooms w balconies (a great bonus). RR w Jacuzzi tub. 10/10 -We can hardly wait to return! Thank you!!

Edgar Joel was really proactive, answering questions right away and in a very respectful way. I give him a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 customer service! However the other co-host Lynnette was not very proactive, not willing to help or give options. In the hospitality industry there is always a way to help or try to do something to help the guest to make things happens and do the right things and she was not willing to nothing. I requested a late checkout and her answer was No! The answer she give me was not a real reason to not doing it. The good thing about having electronic door knob is that you can manage them from anywhere and either lock the guest any time or extend a little bit more their time just to finish the cleaning checkout process and leave. Just took us less than 20min extra minutes to finish what we can and leave the place clean & tidy as possible.

Very comfortable, clean, super central apartment minutes from the boquerón spa, good parking, super safe 24 hour security guard. Very well equipped both in the kitchen and in the rooms. Ideal for a family. Definitely would come back and recommend.

We were fascinated!! William is always very attentive! Everything was very nice and clean. The place is super close to Buyé beach and has good restaurants nearby!!

Amazing home amazing allocation everything was great

There was a broken cabinet drawer that had important cooking items in it and a broken LED strip over the kitchen sink, but that did not ruin our trip. The location was amazing. View from the deck was amazing. We were right next to clear beautiful water and the sunset was right off our balcony. I would recommend this place to anyone. The inside was beautiful as well with furniture and colors giving a nice relaxing accent to the beach ocean side.

The apartment was beautiful, squeaky clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal if you want to visit local beaches, walk to the Poblado area and have a good time. I recommend this place. Loved it!!

We had an incredible stay at Juan’s s place! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The restaurant on site was definitely the best in town, with great food and drinks. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Juan was an exceptional host, providing clear communication and helpful recommendations. I truly felt at home during my stay, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend it!

Amazing cute apartment, great location stayed 7 nights and it felt like home. Enjoyed how close town and the beach were it was very walkable. Will book again!

We had a great time. Used the BBQ and fire pit to make smores, awesome experience for the kids. Really nice place! Walking distance to Buyé beach.
