Rustic Farm House Charm - Short Drive to Ft. Worth

My wife, Kelly, and I are proud to own (and co-host) this charming, spacious property that we just completely renovated in 2025. In the old grainhouse behind the old mill, “The Farm House Suite”, one of two separate suites (in a building similar to a duplex), has a big living room with nine foot ceilings, kitchen (with Toshiba countertop oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher) and a good sized bedroom. A person can sleep on the couch and two others on our queen auto inflate air mattress.

Everything in the inside is updated with new furniture and beds! Large backyard with a 2 story dock. Ready to fish on. Enjoy the fire pit or backyard patio.
