The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.
