Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pearl Beach

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Our group had an amazing stay. The house was well equipped for 10 people, I was especially impressed with the well-stocked kitchen utensils and walk-in pantry. Quiet and peaceful area very close to the beach, though not too far from shops and restaurants. Appreciated Brent's prompt and friendly communication.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Brilliant house with all the comforts and amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was great to cook in and there was plenty of space for my friends and i to hang out and relax. Kylie was a wonderful host who accommodated us after the last minute cancellation of our original booking. She was quick to answer any question we had and the late checkout on our final day was the icing on the cake!

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Penny’s house was exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing & peaceful girls weekend away. Beds were extremely comfortable & the living/kitchen area was perfect for chilling. It’s beautifully decorated & set up, with great amenities for summer (which we unfortunately didn’t use due to cold weather). A close walk to the beach & pub, and only 15min into Umina and Ettalong, we could have stayed longer!

The place is great w/ pool. Great staycation place. Do note that you’ll be sharing the building with owner who lives upstairs.

Jo and her family are lovely and welcoming. We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Surrounded by nature and animals. Beds were very comfortable. Jo made fresh sourdough, provided eggs and vegetables. It was a lovely unexpected touch to supporting our time there. Lovely wineries and cafe's within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here.

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. We had a great stay and appreciated the proximity to Central Station. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Damien was very responsive and friendly, a wonderful host.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Amazing place to stay as always! We went for a restful weekend and that is what we got. The house is comfortable and cosy during the cold winter. Murphy is an amazing dog and was so good with our little one. Our dog especially enjoyed the backyard and to play with Murphy. Highly recommend Jennene’s place for a restful weekend getaway!

Absolutely magic little spot! The flat was beautifully appointed. Inside was lovely- the renovations in the kitchen and bathroom are high quality. Beds are super comfortable with quality linen. Hosts are super friendly and were very very helpful.

We had the best time staying in Belinda’s home. The house is right up in the trees and feels so peaceful. We were worried about getting cold but there were heaters in every room and a big fireplace which kept us cosy. Belinda gave us lots of great recommendations to explore Pearl Beach and was really helpful at answering all of our questions. I especially loved staying in the separate room downstairs which felt like its own private treehouse!

Clean, cozy place within minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. it's a bit dark being on the ground floor and backing onto shrubs, but we were out and about most of the time so we didn't mind. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, kitchen seems to be brand new. James and Viktoria had an extensive list of recommendations for beaches, dining out and dog friendly walks.

The cottage was extremely clean and everything in detail was thought of . Had a very pleasant stay and big Thank you to Brigita Enjoyed very much

Sean’s tiny home is the perfect “off grid” romantic getaway. Very cosy and well thought out. The fire tub is an awesome touch. He had it warmed up when we got there and we heated it up for a couple more hours later at night and it was super relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.
