The neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful views and great walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. Located in the Powder King subdivision, this recently built chalet is a short walk to the daylodge/pub/chairlift,and at days end you can ski back on powder snow. The balconies off 2 of the bedrooms and livingroom face the Murray Ridge mountain range. There is a suite in the basement of the chalet which is sometimes occupied. It is not included in the listing. The chalet is a 5 min. drive to Azouzetta Lake Lodge/Campground,in the summer a great place for kayaking and exploring the wilderness.

Mountain View Home in Downtown Smithers

Half a block from Main Street, this home is the perfect place to unwind in front of our gas fireplace. Guests are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and breweries. For persons with mobility issues, it is three steps up to enter and then one level living. The shower is located inside of the bedroom, which can work for couples and young families but it is not a fit for two couples. We have a smart tv for streaming services but no cable service.
