Here is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest in the back. This chalet will delight you with its calm and proximity to the chateaux of the Loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon is 12 minutes away). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy trailer on our property. The caravan is equipped with a sleeping area and a kitchen area with a sink and a fridge. The caravan does not have a bathroom, but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. This authentic “Gypsy Caravan,” with its private terrace and views of one of the oldest Breton manors, welcomes you for a peaceful stay in a wooded, flower-filled, enclosed park, close to Lac au Duc, the Voie Verte, and the Circuit des Hortensias.
