It is located in a safe area on the second floor of a four-story block with surveillance installed. For motorists, free parking with a remote control gate. Within 100 meters there are: a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and the Avenue of the Blessed Virgin Mary is only 550 meters away.

Next to the apartments is a SPA area with A dry sauna, an infrared sauna, and a hot tub. The SPA area is charged extra.

An absolutely unique place - when you get up in the morning and go to bed in the evening, wild nature is at your fingertips. Around the richness of various species of birds such as cranes, storks, buzzards, owls, lapwings, larks, partridges, pheasants. Quadrupeds pass by: roe deer, hares or foxes. From time to time, just behind the fence, there will also be horses: Panna and Poluś.
