The cottage is on the ground floor, on one level of approximately 30 m2. Access from the common courtyard with our home. It is located in a small cul-de-sac, quiet. It's cool in the summer. Ideally located close to the train station. The large garden is shared with our house (see map in photo). It is wooded, secure and closed. Within a 10-minute walk: SNCF and bus station, bakery, tobacconist, convenience store, landscaped banks of the Gers and a park of more than one hectare. Pets welcome.

Its location is ideal for visiting the historic center and enjoying local activities (walking distance to the cathedral, market, bars/restaurants, tourist office, museums, banks of the Gers, shops, etc.). This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.
