Holiday rentals with a pool in Paulínia

We had a perfect stay, everything was in order. The space is very cozy, we feel at home. Campos is very receptive and attentive. We recommend it!

Our stay was great and Marcelo was super attentive. The indoor environment and pool were clean and the kitchen is super complete. We made our new year celebration in the farmhouse and everything went perfectly. We intend to come back more often.

It was the second time I stayed at Chácara Hollandia, a place I chose to celebrate my birthday. Communication with Maria was perfect, she always responded quickly and provided all the information I asked for, in addition to making check-in and check-out flexible. The birthday party took place on a Saturday afternoon/evening, there were 25 of us and 10 of us slept over (we brought extra mattresses and only didn't use the sofa). Impeccable house cleaning and organization, kitchen equipped with the necessary, wonderful pool, pool table, several chairs and other tables; in addition to the barbecue that we did not use. Maria is making several renovations to the farm and they are already noticeable. The outdoor space (large lawn, pool and barbecue) and indoor space (two bedrooms, one bathroom, living rooms and kitchen), location, communication and value make the place perfect! Our only issue was with the sound/neighbour, but we had been warned in advance that he might complain, so it was resolved when he contacted us.

The house was just as described. The house is very clean. I loved the particular pool. It's super big. The house is walking distance from Unicamp, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Loved the place and will stay at this place the next time I come. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for hosting Veronica!

Chácara Nova, well cared for, cozy, served us super well. Priscila is an extremely attentive and proactive person, all questions and requests she made a point of being flexible and assisting us. It was a great stay, for sure in other opportunities we will rent again and will always indicate.

The apartment of Jussara/Maria Helena was an excellent option, the apartment is complete has everything available, very cozy, excellent space with 3 bedrooms, finally it was a great choice. the building has good privacy, there were no noises, entrance and exit was very quiet... About the neighborhood, it was amazing everything is very close, I did not imagine that it was all so close, but only pizzeria has about 4/5 options in a radius of 500 meters.. It has a very close shopping center with several shops, finally without words to describe the experience, it was better than I imagined. we'll call you on hosts, very easy communication and rapturous, accurate information nothing to complain about. 100% satisfied.

Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighbourhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
