Holiday rentals with a patio in Patonga Beach

Lavender Lane is a quaint old worldly apartment with all modern amenities. Caelia is an excellent host, being prompt in communicating & helpful. The apartment is right in centre of the village of Brooklyn. This makes easy access to the cafes , walks along the waterways and waterside activities . We would recommend a stay at Lavender Lane.

Clean, cozy place within minutes walk from a dog friendly beach. it's a bit dark being on the ground floor and backing onto shrubs, but we were out and about most of the time so we didn't mind. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, kitchen seems to be brand new. James and Viktoria had an extensive list of recommendations for beaches, dining out and dog friendly walks.

A beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away. Paul was excellent with communication—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a lovely living area and extremely comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. We initially expected a beach view from the balcony, which wasn’t the case, so just a heads-up for future guests. That said, the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return!"

Ian's place was a great option for a Pearl Beach pad. My partner and I stayed here and it was quiet and tranquil which we enjoyed. Ian is very transparent about the hike up the path and the steep hill to the property so we expected this and it didn't dampen our experience. The only thing I would note for people who are not familiar with Pearl Beach is that there are no shops or cafes open (well at least there wasn't over Easter) and therefore, things like milk, bread etc you will need to purchase at the next town over in Umina. I think it would be nice if a small amount of milk and other basic items were left for guests in case they arrive late like we did and weren't prepared for there to be no coffee shops or corner stores. However, overall the place is well decorated and private and a very short walk to the beach. I just think a few small welcome items could really enhance the visitor experience but understand these aren't requirements of Airbnb hosts.

Funky eclectic space, loved it. The vibration colours made you happy from the moment you entered the space.Loved the garden and so did my pooch. Walking distance to the beach and the Dog friendly section and to some dog friendly restaurants. Felt very comfortable here. Loved the fresh eggs, muesli and dried fruit was a lovely thoughtful touch.Briefly met Yantra who was warm and friendly.

Joe's place was extremely comfortable, clean, tidy, conveniently located and perfect for any individual or couple staying in Sydney short-term. Joe's unit is within walking distance to cafes, shops, pubs and only a 10-minute walk to Kings Cross. The Sydney CBD is also within walking distance, as are Museums, Hyde Park, the Domain and other great local places of interest. A bus stop is conveniently located at the end of Joe's Street and basic essentials are provided by Joe. We definitely plan to stay at Joe's unit again and thank Joe for his incredible hospitality and communication. We highly recommend Joe's unit to others visiting Sydney.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

We loved this place. Alot of thought has gone into making it charming, warm, and comfortable. The little extra touches are welcoming and much appreciated.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of the best. Gorgeous views, hot spa, well stocked. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Unique place to stay on the water. The cabin was great as was the boathouse and jetty. Would highly recommend for a nice, relaxing stay.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

house was beautiful and we felt right at home! only downside is lack of functionality for babies and children. definitely bring a towel for them and a highchair. however, still comfortable for a whole family! I loved that it was minimalistic and not a lot for my little one to get into.

I’d go back again. This was my second time at Ian’s place and it was absolutely comfortable. Unfortunately I fell really sick on the day we were supposed to check in at 1:00pm, I needed to rest so I contacted Ian for an early check in and he let us to do that. Cannot thank enough for the convenient stay. We will go back again def!

We had the most peaceful weekend getaway. Gareth’s place was the perfect location to unwind and get away from the hustle and buzzle of Sydney. We loved the kayaks and used them as our daily mode of transportation. There was amole to do with trips to the Osyter Farm, secluded beaches and nice cafés. We thought it was so accommodating of Gareth to pick us up and brought us back to the station. Also the CD player and board games catapulted us into another time…. it was such a relaxing weekend! Highly recommend

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Charlotte!

We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful, private and beautifully set up Peter’s home was. We have never stayed at an Airbnb that was so stocked with everything you could possibly need. These thoughtful touches are something many don’t realize make all the difference. In addition, since it’s in front of their home, it felt very private and had a beautiful outlook. We thoroughly enjoyed playing the board games, cooking and sitting by the heater. We highly recommend Peter’s home and would love to stay again.

I would like to say this is a home away from home! The beautiful comfortable apartment is located 10min walking distance away from the central shops , restaurants, bars, shopping mall and train station! Tidy and clean apartment with essential facilities! It’s quiet and comfortable! Well recommended for travelers who like tidy and clean, private and comfortable living space!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

Sophie’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We spent 5 nights with kids and our elderly parents and it served right for everyone. Location is great with restaurants, coffee shops, aldi closeby. Could see harbour bridge from the living room, what a view in the night while vivid festival lightened the bridge.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
