Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Sandstone Cottage, Great Mackerel Beach

This sandstone cottage is one of the original cottages on Mackerel Beach. Set on the absolute beach front, North East facing and receiving sun all day long, this gorgeous property has a main house and separate studio with 3 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 6 adults (or 4 adults and 4 children). It is just 10 metres from the water and 60 minutes from Sydney CBD. Whilst this is the perfect place to come and relax, it is important to note this is not a suitable location for parties or events.

Seatide Patonga Creek

This little 60's Bungalow may just be the best kept secret in Patonga. Slow down, step back, relax enjoy the view. Our little 3 bedroom house is the perfect place for a weekend, or a week to simply wind down. The house retains much of its 1960's charm but has had a renovation over the winter opening up the living/kitchen area, complete new kitchen, flooring throughout and a bathroom makeover. But looking out across the grassy reserve on the waters edge of Patonga creek is still the same!

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. It’s the perfect place to explore the river and it’s secluded beaches. Maximum Occupancy – 2 adults

Unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway in the gorgeous seaside town of Umina. Surrounded in so many things to do you can be as busy as you choose or just relax by the pool (Not heated). A 12 minute stroll to the beach , a short drive to the Famous Patonga Boathouse for lunch, Ettalong has markets on the weekend, spoilt for choice of dining options of an evening & the most picturesque walk thru the old fabulous building full of charm. This charming 2 bedroom cottage is a delight.
