You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the balcony or even inside the house while eating a delicious meal or drinking your favorite drink. Panoramic view of the beach of Nazaré, Funicular, Promontório(Mountain) and a general view of the village. All divisions have windows. In 10 minutes you are at the bathing beach. Well located house. Private Parking In 2022 the house was renovated.

Its not necessary to go on a big journey out of Lisbon to get to a rural house made of stone in a calm and relaxing area. Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.
