Easy access to the main exits, plus quick access to the colleges and one block from Unimed Hospital. Lovely apartment for up to 3 people with garage

Excellent location, easy access, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, rooms in the background very quiet, 5 minutes from downtown, wifi, garage, large room. Possibility of meal service and homemade cheese bread made with Canastra cheese. Several shops all close to the house.
