A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

Villa-Giardino "Le None" green and peaceful life

Immagina una VILLA con grande GIARDINO a prato e frutteto recintato a siepe viva. E' leggermente rientrata dalla strada principale, lungo una strada privata, dove il cinguettio degli uccellini è più udibile del rumore della strada. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
